My elderly father went here to buy a necklace and pendant for my 4 year old daughter. After going there a couple times he purchased a necklace that was really meant to be worn by a man (not delicate, not really meant for a little girl). No issues up until this point, he took the necklace home showed it to us, upon realizing what he bought we went back in to the store to exchange for something more appropriate. Upon walking in there were a couple of girls in the store, we handed out ticket for the ready pendant that went with the necklace and paid the engraving fee. They took a very long time in the back little room “finding out prices” and “weighing” the necklaces. Everything was hidden and out of sight. I felt very scammed and weirded out by the fact that I couldn’t see what the weight of the gold was or what they were doing for so long in the back room of the store. My 4 year old, who was with me was very vocal about the fact she had to use the restroom. After spending now about ($2500) for the new necklace and pendant they refused bathroom use to my 4 year old daughter. After vocally saying how it was a little crazy how I had spent so much money and then not letting my little toddler use the bathroom, they all again gathered in a circle in the back room to see if they would be kind enough to let me daughter use the restroom.

HORRIBLE! Horrible customer service. I will not be returning and I have told my father to never step foot in this place again. DO NOT...

Can't say enough how satisfied I am with my new Tissot PRX Powermatic 80. I was able to pick up this impressive, well crafted Swiss automatic timepiece for a decent price. My Tissot is perfect for everyday wear, at 40mm, a slim case height of 11mm, a raised scratch resistant sapphire crystal and even 100m of water resistance! A respectable timepiece, I had to have it because it makes a subtle yet tasteful statement. The store itself has an impressive collection of jewelry and timepieces. I mostly appreciate the patience the staff had with me, as I tend to ask many questions before buying. There was no pressure and they allowed me to try on any piece I wanted. Even better, I found that their knowledge of horology is quite extensive. So much that I'd love to stop by again for an educational chat lol. My husband and I had a great customer experience today at Vinhas Jewelers. We purchased our wedding bands here about 15 years ago, but my husband lost his band a few years ago and we wanted to finally replace it. We reached out to Victor on the phone as we were on our way visiting family in NJ (we now live in PA). Victor explained on the phone that it was likely they could replicate the wedding band, but it would be best if we came in to show him my band. We visited the store and he gave warm attention to us the entire time as we tried to figure out the best type of band, even after we decided we didn’t want to pay a certain amount for customization. We basically continued to ask for lower-priced wedding bands and his demeanor didn’t change one bit as he continued to treat us with respect and excellent service.
