If I could give the agent, Claudio, zero stars I absolutely would. I reached out via text on behalf of my father (who was right next to me) on Sunday evening to ask if we could extend travel due to a death in the family. I reached out as soon as I could to notify him of possible travel changes. The agent had the audacity to be passive aggressive and let me know it was a Sunday. I am well aware he does not work on weekends but I did not force him to answer me on his day off. He could have very well left it for the next day and not be passive aggressive in a time of grief. Not only that, he did not even acknowledge the death or offer condolences. DEFINITELY NOT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE YOU WOULD WANT FROM A COMPANY IN A TIME LIKE THIS. Lastly, he refused to assist stating he would only work with my mother since she paid for the ticket. I was covering all additional expenses and was reaching out on the TICKET HOLDER’S behalf. Absolutely unprofessional and not best practice. I have had issues with my flights in the past and no longer book with this agent, however, my parents still do unfortunately out of consideration for a longtime relationship with the agent.
