I went to this Walgreens today to get some stuff with my mom. Iām an ESM at a different Walgreens and the customer service here is absolutely unacceptable. First I asked if they can check for an item because online it says they have it but nothing was on the shelf, the two employees I asked they smirked and told me they didnāt have it even though they didnāt check. Then when I went to pay for my stuff, my mom put her phone number down and I asked if I could use mine instead since I wanted to use my employee discount, the two ladies at the register said I couldnāt even though I hadnāt payed yet. They denied me to put my phone number down. They completely dismissed me, the management at that store is absolutely ridiculous. You canāt treat your customers like that and even though I let the cashier know I was an employee and knew how the system works and that I can absolutely put my phone number down she dismissed me. They also had many totes on the floor not on a u-boat, thatās a safety hazard. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI had made a huge purchase at Walgreens on Christmas Eve. I ended up not using some of the items. I went in after the holiday to return at the original location. I had a receipt and the items were not open or used but the cashier gave me a hard time. She kept insisting on giving me store credit. I asked speak to a manager... I was told he will tell me the same thing. I was eventually told that they were new and didnāt know how to do certain things. I left and attempted call corporate but the corporate office was closed.
So I called this Walgreens on Ferry Street. The store was quite busy as I was on hold for a bit but both of the managers answered all my questions. I went into the store and as promised the customer service associate Aminu Abdullahi helped me. Not only was he helping me but he was helping 4 different people at once. He gave us all his undivided attention. I will def. be visiting this Walgreens again even though this is not the Walgreens that is closest to my house. Thanks for the excellent customer service.

My insurance wasnāt going through, and I was trying to explain the situation, but they were complaining about closing time. The manager then started talking over me in a very condescending and rude tone, asking me to leave when I was simply asking for help. She even instructed the other staff to ignore me and not give me my medication. At that point, I asked her to quiet down as she was disturbing me, and she laughed, mocking me by saying that I was the one who needed medicine when, in reality, it was just vitamins.
