Actually ordered our pizza on line so it would be ready at a certain time. Showed up at the drive thru window, they could barely speak English. Had to show them the email where I ordered. So they asked me to pull up and they would bring it out. Ok, I was 5 minutes early, so thought ok! That's fine. Sit outside toward the back of the building for 15 minutes. They handed a pizza to the car behind me with only a few minutes wait. I honked my horn, the guy actually crawled out the drive thru window and asked me what I was waiting on. I tried to tell him who I was that I ordered it on line and it should be ready. Even left a tip. The manager comes to window, says oh I am so sorry I put it out front. While I am waiting in the drive thru, my pizza gets cold. I backed up to the window, he hands me cold pizza, and oh well here are some Little Ceasar cookie's "He's so sorry" I can only take so much of these people who can't speak English yet want to come and work at an American staple restaurant!!! Learn the language and make sure when you talk to someone at the window about their order you don't place it in the walk in kiosk up front by the door. Should have asked for my tip back!! Won't be going to Little Ceasar's EVER AGAIN! WE HAVE A TORONI'S just across the highway. Feeling a little ticked off! So you get 1 Star so I could leave...
Read moreAwful service. I went last night and was told by an employee that it would be around 10 minutes for my pizza. I ordered a pizza and one order each of crazy bread and bread sticks. I told them I didn't mind waiting 10 minutes, as I've worked in food before and know how it is. I ended up sitting in the drive thru for 40 minutes, and then when I got my food, my order was wrong. I had enough and just left. No one ever came to tell me it was going to be longer than ten minutes. I had already paid, otherwise I would have just left. I don't plan on going back. The pizza was awful too.
Update: First review is from 6 months ago, update is from our visit on 02/28/2021. I was craving a deep dish pizza from them and thought I'd give it another try. I was first in line and no customers were in the store. I ordered 2 pizzas and 2 orders of breadsticks. I was asked to pull forward, which was fine, so I did. It took 30 minutes to get my food, and the order was wrong. Once again, no one came out to tell me it was going to be a while. I even asked the cashier before I gave her my card, and she said it would be about 10 minutes, which was okay with me at the time. I absolutely do not plan...
Read moreBeen going to this location for a couple months, they got new management. Got to speak to one of the guys working there, said his name was Steve. Talked to him for probably 15 minutes and he was a very nice gentleman and said the store was getting some new people. He was working very hard to run the whole store professionally. The English speakers there are very good at what they do, and had my pizza ready and on time. ANYONE READING THIS… highly recommend going to this location anytime after 4:30PM. That’s when the lead management is there and they are ALWAYS on top of things and keep the other guys in line. The music is a little loud for my liking, but that’s just nitpicking. The next time I went to get my pizza, Steve recognized me and asked how I was doing. Just a really nice touch to a minor part of my day. I know they are trying their best, ever since the two Indian managers left. So highly recommend this location now, used to be ran by lowlifes, now it is MUCH better. 5 stars from me...
