Very disappointed that they stopped carrying all FILA brands...but this review isn't about that: It's about them NOT honoring their coupons. We went in today to use 2, $5 Kohl's Cash coupons and a 20% off our entire purchase and the cashier refused to honor our 20% coupon, even though the coupon explicitly said it could be used in conjunction with our 2, $5 Kohl's cash coupons. Now, because I needed to get the matching shirt, I had no choice to pay the extra 20% on the shirt ($27 more than I had to!!)...NEVER AGAIN. I want Kohl,s to honor their coupons and return my excessive money spent on 1 (yes one shirt!). Neither the cashier nor the "manager" would help in this situation...Kohl's has been one of our go-to stores for great clothing for many year....not again unless they make it right and refund the insane $27 extra we had to pay. I am very upset with both the manager and cashier who didn't seem to care anything about customer service, only getting their money. I DO NOT want a giftcard that forces me to turn around and spend my money back into that store....I want my money back! No amount of I am so sorry behavior will change my mind...your associates scrwed me out of $27 & I want it back. Neither of them cared one bit. I was told either have the money or you don't....I was a faithful Kohl's customer for years, buying well over $800 in sports gear alone, not even counting all of the dress clothing both my husband and I have spent over the years. Please be forewarned before trying to buy anything from Kohl's via coupons they send you for being loyal customers & cardholders...you will find yourself getting screwed in the process! My next step will be to contact the corporate offices. I want an apology for the treatment I received as well as my $27 in cash that I was over-charged. This time I will not simply let it roll off my back...it's too much money to let go and the lack of customer service pushed it over the edge. It was absolutely pathetic. Finding an associate to answer a question was impossible. I got fed up with waiting more then 45 minutes to check out so I went to the customer service desk, demanded to see the store manager and made her check us out. All they had to do was open 2 additional registers and they wouldn't have lost as many sales as they did. I don't think I've ever seen a more pathetic situation in my entire life!! There was one bright spot, an associate named Chelsea (I think) who actually answered some of our questions regarding the coupons we had. It's going to be a long time before we got to Kohl's again unless they have a promotion for something free with NO wait!! Upon reaching the men's section, I noticed a small wall displaying a sign indicating a 50 percent discount on Nike swimming trunks. Intrigued, I picked up a blue pair and approached an employee to inquire about the price. Surprisingly, the item did not ring up as 50 percent off, so the employee summoned her manager for assistance. Unfortunately, the manager, Debbie, took more than 30 minutes to arrive, despite being called four times by the employee. Finally, Debbie arrived and attempted to explain that only one side of the wall was on sale. I challenged her statement, suggesting that she scan both sides to verify if other pairs were also discounted. As it turned out, many items on both sides did indeed come up as being on sale, contradicting her earlier claim. It was evident that she had lied. Furthermore, it wasn't a case of a single pair misplaced on the wall; there were multiple pairs of the same kind in various colors. The mistake may have occurred during placement, but the manager should have noticed and either honored the sale price or been honest with me. Made an hour drive to the store only to not be able to find them. Talked with sales clerk who scanned the display tag and he confirmed they had inventory. When we asked the sales clerk if he could help us, he said he would go check inventory in the back . 45 minutes later he still had not returned. Talked with another sales clerk and explained the situation, he stated he could only give us a rain check and when I asked him if they would be on the next truck he stated that they get two trucks a week and it would be on there for me to pick up next Saturday.
