Recieved 2 pizzas that were very old from heat rack, or severly overcooked, and one pizza that was undercooked and missing bacon on half of it. Called in and the manager told me "we cant help you. We cant make pizza good enough for you" didnt even offer to remake them, which i would have been happy with. When i told the person that wasnt the manager the issue he argued with me saying he made them fresh. Called corporate to try and get a refund. Will edit once franchise owner or district manager contacts me.
Edit. Franchise owner sent me an email. Called me a know it all, rude and confrontational, ignoring the fact that when i asked for the gm, i was handed off to someone else, they argued with me on the state my pizzas were in, then i had to call gm back and that nothing was offered to fix the problem. My being irritated and being upset is just a "we dont deal with your type of customer" attiture. I did not yell. I did not scream. I did not curse. The owner did nothing to try and fix this, was fine with me not being a customer. i have over 10 years of experience starting as an insider at 15, all the way up to a gm. Ive worked at little caesers at the old location so im aware of when a pizza shouldnt be handed off to a customer. All 3 pizzas fit the "remake that, dont send it out". End of the day they lose a customer i lose 25$. Skip them, go across the street. Dominos will make you fresh pizza topped right and will correct any mistakes and not argue with you to save...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreService is terrible! It always takes at least 30 min to get a pretzel pizza. The Pretzel pizza is the only reason I go there. One day we asked to purchase nacho cheese for dipping the pretzel crust, the owner screamed at the teenage boy at the front counter, and abruptly told us, the customer, that he doesn't sell cheese. Another day, they were backed up so bad that I went in to get my pizza after waiting for 45 min & it was at least 100 degrees in the place. I watched the numerous teens that were bumping into each other, trying their best to run the place without any form of leadership, try to get food out to upset customers that were all complaining to each other. I asked what the deal was with the air conditioning & was informed by one of the teens that it had been out for a few weeks! It was summertime in Florida; it was 95 degrees outside. Those are 800-degree ovens in there! I reported the lack of proper working conditions to OSHA. There is obviously a lack of management and leadership here. I know the people operating the ovens & slicing pizza are supposed to be 18 years old. I worked for two different pizza chains when I was younger and was a manager at one of them. Lastly, I don't care if the guy was the owner; there is no reason to scream at your employees the way he yelled at...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIt is absolutely the worst pizza, wings, and icb I have ever gotten. I never got an email or push notification that my pizza was ready. I showed up after the time to make sure it was ready. I waited a few minutes for someone to come to the window. When I got home I opened the box to see grainy crust with a little sauce, very little cheese, burnt (extra crispy) pepperoni. The bottom showed very poor quality dough. It tasted grainy. Like it had tons of cornmeal in it. It was cold, too. I opened the ICB, It appeared to be warmed over, burnt, dry. and was cold. The garlic butter was ice cold. The chicken wings were very poor quality and dry. I had an issue the last time I went. I called and complained about it and the person on the other end was arguementive. I never did get reimbursed that time. I wasn't going to make another trip up there to get another meal. I spent a lot of money. They sure have gone down the tubes. Just like they did many years ago before they went defunct. It doesn't even seem like a clean place. I am very upset. I do not recommend them. My daughter is moving here and my son-in-law loves the ICB. I will tell them not to go there. I used to be able to get a decent pizza here for a...
