Ciao Bella Pizza/ Bella Blue Bar — Restaurant in Florida

I had spaghetti bolognese, and my wife had Alfredo fettuccine with chicken. the restaurant was packed at around 730pm. There were 2 groups back to back of 5 and 8 setting up.

The food took 20-30min and service was slow. But with 2 huge groups in a packed restaurant. That is to be expected. Will not fault them on that.

Spaghetti bolognese- i can only say that everything is freshly made. It is my favorite food, but this doesn't meet my personal standards. Angel hair noodles for quick cooking, it's just not my favorite type. Personal complaint. The sauce doesn't stick to the noodles. That is my biggest issue. You're just eating bland noddles with meat. Where's the flavor?! I could not eat more than 2 bites. I personally mix up the sauce and spaghetti, which is the photo i took. Just go to fazlio (fast food Italian restaurant)for better or equal for cheaper.

Alfredo fettuccine with chicken. She says that it is very creamy and cheesy, but it lacks flavor. She ate all the chicken and half the noodles.

Now the waitress was very nice and understanding of my complaint and issues. She took the initiative trying to resolve them. She gave us complimentary bread for the wait. She took off the plate without consulting a manager. We even had a nice quick conversation at the end that was not related to the restaurant experience.

I am back in my hometown for one night and was excited to eat at one of my favorite places. We waited for 10 minutes without even being acknowledged, which normally I wouldn't have stuck around for but I understand that staff levels are difficult to maintain these days so I was trying to be understanding and patient. It was clear they were having a bad night, they seemed to be having computer issues and also were running out of ingredients. This information came from the staff loudly complaining in front of us while still not acknowledging our presence. Finally a tall gentleman who had walked by us several times without the barest attempt at service or just, you know, general human interaction, suggested loudly that they just not seat anyone else, including, you know, the people who had been standing in the restaurant for the last ten minutes. If at any point any one person had attempted to explain the situation, apologize, or render the slightest amount of service I would have left disappointed but not furious and would not be leaving a poor review. However, the actions of the staff showed a lack of leadership, lack of training, and incredible lack of regard for their customers which, even in today's service environment, is unforgivable. Next time, don't leave...

Very disappointed in the food quality aswell as the cleanliness of the dishes. I took the waitress recommendation on the Orange seltzer drink. She brought me a bottle of Orangina soda, (from the UK) not Italy by the way, and also a cup to pour it Into. Now yes I should have looked in the cup to ensure all was well, but I just pour this lightly colored beverage into it. As I drank some, it had a very bitter and odd taste. Come to find out the cup itself was not cleaned and had mold growing in the bottom of the cup. (Turn off#1). Then we ordered, the lemon pasta with shrimp. The best way to describe this experiance is it tastes like Pre made boild noodles that were coverd with a lemon/water sauce. (Turn off#2). The last experiance was the last meal, egg plant parmesan. Again the noodles looked and tasted as if they were pre boild and sat in a container waiting to be served, and a can of Huntz tomato sauce was pour onto it. (Turn Off#3). On a positive not the Breaded eggplant tasted pretty decent. Now after this experiance , we looked at google reviews and see that alott of folks rave about the pizza dishes...I dont think we will come back here ever, nor will I encourage anyone...
