4 Amigos — Restaurant in Florida

We were seated quickly. The restaurant was very clean. 2 for 1 draft beers and house margaritas we great. Our server was patient with us while we determined what to order. Tortilla chips, warm bean dip, and salsa were excellent. We were able to substitute vegetables for rice and beans. The food was served hot and delicious. We loved the mexican music and decor, and it was a much more pleasant environment to eat in than Peppers - so much quieter. Our server and the manager were very friendly. We were greeted when we entered and thanked for visiting and wished a good evening when we left. My only recommendation - each street taco should be served in two tortillas, not one. This is the second time we have been here (first was under the name amor y tacos) and neither time has been good. I got the Al pastor fajitas and they were bland and there was not a single piece of pineapple in it. My friend got the same and also had no pineapple. My husbands burrito was forgotten, and when the manager went to the back and got it for him, he did not get his side of beans and rice. Overall the food was just bland and not worth the price. We also got surprised with the 18% gratuity, which our waitress did not earn as she stopped checking on us as soon as the food was dropped off....

Would give it a 3.5. The house salsa was more tomato paste than salsa very little cilantro, and almost no onion at all and no spice heat. Way too mild. I was raised in El Paso, Texas and step mom was Mexican. Burrito supreme I asked for shredded beef and just got hamburger. Being here when it first opened the salsa was great meal was great but now that I’ve come here about three or four times. Now it seems like it’s going downhill.
