I was searching high and low for furniture to fit my needs when someone suggested Casa Elegante. I spoke with the owner regarding my style and needs and she got a perfect ensemble together for me in no time! She was amazingly easy to work with. I live in Florida and was very concerned with shipping and delivery but she set everything up to be completely seamless! Once the furniture was manufactured (which was also an amazingly painless process considering how everything is delayed these days), it was shipped and received within 8 days in perfect condition and fully assembled. This place won't deserve not even 0 stars, they deserve negative stars. My mother bought a table and buffet table and she told the sales lady called marina that the buffet table, might be big. After delivering the buffet table, it turned out to be bigger than we thought so we called the sales lady and asked if the buffet can be returned. The sales lady refused to return the buffet after 2 days of delivery even though there was no damage or scratch on it. This is a bad service and I will not recommend this store to any of my friends and relatives. People don't be fool of this store. And also don't ever deal with MARINA AND ALL...

We recently purchased a couch from Casa Elegante, and we couldn't be happier with both the service and the sofa. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted warmly. Marina, who assisted us, was absolutely wonderful. She was knowledgeable, patient, and really listened to what we were looking for. Her recommendations were spot-on, and she made the process of selecting our new couch so enjoyable.

The couch itself is fantastic—super stylish and incredibly comfortable. It fits perfectly in our living room and has already become the favorite spot for our family to relax. We will definitely be returning in the future....
