dd's DISCOUNTS — Local services in Niles Township

This has become one of my favorite brand of stores to shop at over the last year. I only just discovered yesterday that they are owned by Ross, but that explains why the stores can usually be found side by side or within the same shopping plazas. They have a little bit of everything from clothes and lingerie for thicker girls to hair, skin and nail products for minorities to technology gear for folks who always need a new charger, ear buds or mini-speakers. I ALWAYS find something that I love and everything has been great quality at a manageable price! I receive so many compliments when I wear the items that I have found here and they get new stuff in regularly.

The only issues I have with them are that they will not allow you to keep the hangers (not even after you spend $200 and only want one or two because they recycle them within the stores) and they never have enough people working the cash registers (like there are 3 employees standing in the front just watching, but almost always only one person actually checking people out). They do not sell anything online and they never know exactly what they will be getting at each location so you really have to just go in and look.

They have clothes for men, women and children, shoes, purses, travel bags, home decorations and even snacks. I have made a game of traveling to different stores within the state, just to see what different styles are offered based on the communities where they...

Rude all around. Rude sales associate. When my wife asked her for the code for the restroom, she took so long my daughter urinated herself. She later was extremely dismissive of my wife when she asked assistance for the fitting rooms. When it was my turn to use the restroom, I asked the same sales associate for assistance, unbeknownst to me that she had interacted with my wife earlier, and was just as rude to me. I disregarded her and asked for the manager. According to my wife, she yelled behind me, "I'm already back here," in a sarcastic taunting tone. When the manager finally arrived and I explained what was going on, she assured me she would have a word with the sales associate. After she let me in the restroom, my wife says she saw the manager walk past the sales associate and saw them just laugh, then went to the security guard and did the same thing. It became a very unwelcoming experience, and we felt unsafe at that moment. My family and I decided to leave more than half of the things we had planned to purchase to make it a quick exit and left, all while still having the sales associate snicker as we left. I Had very bad experience, I spent there above $70 but cashier overcharged me and it was more then $80 when I call them one of their staff said come tomorrow with tag and receipt.so I went next day but one of front staff old lady she was very rude and she accused me, and I was told come again Monday while manager was there, again I went Monday with all the stuff I bought there with tag and receipt and manager checked camera and agreed that cashier charged me double but the thing is I supposed to get return for two items. coz cashier double charged me for two but manager didn’t check with item code. So, got returned receipt only one, but still didn’t get money back may be on the way🙄,!! Very bad customer service I will...
