I’m very upset, and I’m not sure what happened here. I work near this store and I had ordered a charm online for pickup but I was unable to make it to the store before they closed, so I ended up getting the charm at another location. So, I went back to this store another day with my husband to exchange to get different charm. Erika seemed annoyed that I wanted to cancel an order, until I told her that I just wanted a different charm (because I had bought this particular one somewhere else). Erika told me she couldn’t exchange it, so we would just cancel this order and make a new purchase. That was fine with me. The new charm I purchased was the same price. She tapped on her iPad while I was looking at charms, and told me that it would look “weird” on my end as far as the order status goes. She clarified that it would still say “processing,” and to contact Pandora if I needed to. She said there shouldn’t be any issues, but in case there was. The way she kept saying to call Pandora, but then also said there wasn’t an issue? I thought that was odd, because why would there be issues with you canceling a pick up order? But I just let it be. Not only did I get different charm of the same price, I came back to the store shortly after, and purchased another one. The next day I look at my email and my account and it said the order was picked up, and my card was charged. I received a confirmation pick up receipt, and it says picked up on my account. Not the “processing” she mentioned. It’s almost like she knew she messed up somehow which is why she told me to contact Pandora. I’ve called Pandora a couple of times, but now it’s a whole issue I’ll have to escalate. And I will continue to escalate this issue. It’s annoying to anyone who gets charged for an item they didn’t receive, but times are tough and I’ve been saving for a while for these items. I also want to say when we first came in both associates were busy with other customers, but didn’t say a single word to us like, “I’ll be right with you” but I waited patiently. I almost left, but then she was freed up and was pleasant when I went to make my purchase. But the whole situation was off when she was telling me to contact Pandora, but I...
Read moreI went to return a bracelet that arrived damaged, everything was going well until I asked to please clean 2 bracelets that were dull, the girl who was helping me gave them to another employee while she continued helping me with a ring purchase when the other employee arrived with the bracelets in a ziploc bag apparently already polished, when I opened the bag to put them on I realized that one of the bracelets was missing charms and I told the girl and she told her the brunette who cleaned them said oh and went to look for them according to what and brought back only 1 and I told her it was still missing she tells her again and goes back to check and brings the other one I felt a mixture of embarrassment and anger because it is supposed to be a reliable company where we the clients are going to spend our money and the employees should be honest I found the situation embarrassing however the girl who was helping me went to look at the cameras and told me that the charms were complete that she should excuse me but the brunette did not even apologize, They should be aware of the employees they hire. I'd definitely rather buy the cleaning kit online and...
Read moreWent here a few weeks ago specifically looking for this Cinderella charm, online it said there was 1 charm left available so when my girlfriend and I drive over there and show them the picture of which one we were looking for they said they did not have it. (Keep in mind we were getting looks, stares from the 2 older ladies behind the desk. In their 60’s) I mentioned saying that the Pandora site said you had one in stock, but she made it clear that they were all out. Okay no biggie. We drive to the Pandora on the Hip (Harlem and Irving) and they say they’re all sold out too. BUT there’s one left in the old orchard location. So I tell the lady at the hip that we just came from the old orchard store and no luck. The lady from the hip store called the Pandora on the old orchard location and asked if they had that charm in stock.. they said Yep! Last one available if she wanted to put it aside.. Of course we said no, instead we got the charm delivered to the hip location because no way were we going back. I don’t recommend this location at all, wasted my time and lied to our faces...
