COACH — Local services in Niles Township

My husband I came to this store yesterday to buy a new purse for my birthday. I Picked one out and the young lady said she would grab one from the back, then bag it. She brought the purse from the back all ready bagged up and we left. Got home ( live 1 1/2 hours from this location) opened the dust bag to find my bag had no price tags on it, all the coverings which usually covers all the hardware to protect a new purse had been removed and the handles to the bag were smashed and crumpled.... I honestly felt like they sold me a used purse.... Came back this morning and the manager said it was not a used purse and they take the price tags off and unwrapped all the purses at this location. I have a closet full of designer purses majority are coach and I usually go to the Schaumburg location and have never experienced this EVER!!! The whole point of the protective covering is to protect the purse and it’s hardware until it is purchased. And the worst part was I got no apology for having to come all the way back to exchange for another of the same purse (which was magically wrapped in the covering, with a price tag and was not bent up) Instead they tried to act like that’s how the purse is made and it’s ok for them to take peoples price tags off the purses with out asking them. Why are they taking peoples prices tags off their purses and why are you giving people returned bent up purses and resale them as new? This whole experience...

I went to this store a few days ago to buy a new purse , I Picked one out and the young lady said she would grab one from the back, then she came back i She brought the purse from the back all ready bagged up and i left.i got home , opened the paper coach signature bag to find my bag without all the coverings which usually covers all the hardware to protect a new purse had been removed and no any wrapper on the any part and the bag has some scratches ... I honestly felt like they sold me a used purse.... i called the store and i asked her i surprised when i saw my purse without any original plastic wrap that i have to remove it by myself and i have to open it from the factory bags by myself too because i paid $500 , Came back in the same day and the manager said they removed everything belonging to the bag in the back of the store and bring it and it was not a used purse and i can pick it up another one i said No i want to return, because i am sure someone returned this bag and they re -sale it i have a designer purses majority I usually all coming with the protection covering and i am removing it by myself. ! The whole point of the protective covering is to protect the purse and it’s hardware until it is become with the buyer, the experience with the store is so bad and i will never go back there again and i prefer to...

Honestly I’m so over these pretentious sales woman. My fiancé went into coach today to purchase a new bag for my sisters birthday.. mind you my fiancé is Puerto Rican and Assyrian but he can come off as looking mixed. The woman in the store were watching his every move.. when he asked for the $700 purse and $175 fanny pack.. they didn’t ring it up until they saw him pull out his stack of cash. Mind you.. my fiancé has plenty of cash to spend and usually dresses down.. as most people with money do. The amount of RACISM in this world is honestly disgusting.. not only did they wait for confirmation of payment to ring him up but the woman chose to stand by the door as if he was going to just run out of the store with the bag. This isn’t the first time we have had this treatment but it will certainly be the last. If you are of ANY color besides Caucasian then I advise you to shop at another location.
