Gio — Local services in Niles

PLEASE DO NOT SHOP HERE!! If I could give this store a negative star I would.

I was sold a product from this location last night, I was told that it would be perfect for what I need and it was not, When I tried to return the product or exchange it for another product the lady at the counter told me she couldn't do anything.. Even though I was assured from the employee I bought it from it would work for my needs, it doesn't and now I'm out $50 for the product. The entire store is 20%off right now but it's a trap because all sales items are final. Apparently even if they are cracked and sold to you under false pretences.

I also bought a bowl from them, which I wasn't allowed to touch before I bought it that has cracks all over it, which I could see from the display behind the counter and I'm not allowed to return that either. No wonder they don't let you touch things because they are broken..

So beyond upset and disappointed with this place, everything in there looks so nice and was interesting, but isn't good quality. Despite the employees being nice they have absolutely no clue about what they are even selling, then when they sell you the wrong thing they stick to the policy despite evidence. So please save your money and go anywhere else. Also most of the products can be find cheaper other places. I promise you this place is not the place to find good quality items for...

I was literally the one and only shopper in the store. As I approched the associate sitting behind the counter to inquire about getting an item from a high shelf, she looked up at me, put her head back down, and kept right on playing with her cell phone. I continued to browse a few more minutes, then left, went to another store that had a mirror, and checked to see if maybe I was invisible. I did have a reflection. Terrible customer relations in GIO. Sales person not professional one eye oda...sold me something not complete.I guess spending $300.00 doesn't get you a good product or a refund even if it was the same day.they are THIEVES. and they dont stand by their products.So so sad when you get robbed at the Eastwood complex.well maybe when there doors close they will think of this customer.
