I went to the store with my 80 year old mother who is very difficult to find shoes for due to her wide foot. I have tried to order shoes for her on-line for her since she has a hard time walking in to a store. She was pleased with the patience of the woman helping us. I chose this store because of the reputation of having a large variety of shoes and thought they would carry a wide shoe. They had to special order it; they hardly had any wide shoes for her in the store. After over a month my mother still does not have any shoes!!! When I called and talked to the special order person he was rude and short; blamed it on the shoe company and back order and hung up the phone. I called back to talk to manager and not much better customer service. It's a shame that businesses don't know how to respectfully speak to customers. This is why so many small shops are closing and people are ordering everything on-line. A well dressed salesman warmly greeted us when we walked in the door. I was impressed by the welcoming layout of the store... Well lit, very clean, open areas for browsing. He asked if he could help us. As soon as I told him what we were looking for, he said my doctor's name and walked with us to the correct area. I was measured and promptly fitted with a quality pair of shoes. He adjusted the choice of shoe (due to my wide width) and made sure the shoes not only fit correctly, but were comfortable on my feet. Read moreThis was the worst service I have EVER had in any store. Ever. I walked in and there was no one in the store but it took Damn near a half hour before I even got service. And no one asked me if I needed help... I had to go and ask the lady at the register if there was anyone to there to help me. She looked at me disgustingly, sighed and in a VERY rude tone told me that there was only one person on duty. Speaking of the lady at the register... I walked in and said "Hello" and she just glared at me and said nothing. Then the entire time I was there she did nothing but stare at me and whisper with another person at the counter.
