Typically, I don't shop here, but when in the mall and not willing to make a drive to Boardman, I stopped. It's a bookstore, had what I was looking for, but the worker could learn what the word "No" means. I understand it's probably linked to sales, I get it, I work in retail too, but when someone tells you "no" for your membership, once is enough. I was asked 4 times to sign up for their membership, and it was increasingly frustrating finding new ways to say "no" politely. They did not tell me because I bought the books online I did not get the same promotion going on for the buy two get one free. So I've ended up paying full price. Not very happy with that. I usually love the store but because of this I have to leave a bad review. That was mentioned nowhere on the sign that it had to be bought in-store to get...
