The Vitamin Shoppe — Local services in Niles

I do alot of business between this store and the Brandon FL store and I have to say usually the customer service is good however today I got no help from Jasmyn and Mae today. I did a pick up in store order online due to them emailing me and I figured it would save some time. Nope I get there the order was not ready and they said they didn't even have the order. I pulled up the order on my phone with confirmation and they proceeded to do nothing, their response - "Well we can't do anything and the tablet is freezing up." In most cases good service representatives would offer some type of solution or help. I walked around the store on my own found all the items, they did not honor the prices online so I paid full price and had to collect all the products on my own. I even had to ask for the online customer service number so that I can now cancel my online order so my card doesn't get charged again. The other reps at this store are very helpful and I am just amazed at how lazy these girls were and how much they did not know. Its very disappointing. Awful customer service. I love the selection at this location you can't find a better variety of vitamins and natural supplements then you will at the Vitamin Shoppe the employees are very helpful and knowledgeable and always greet you with a smile when you go in and are more than willing to answer questions if you're looking for something hard to find chances are this location may have it they have a wide variety of herbs aromatherapy products vitamins and just about every other kind of supplement you can imagine and of course like all specialty stores the prices are a little higher than you will find online or at General stores but you get what you pay for and there's not really any other place local that I have found to find many of the products that this...

If you are looking for a career pleaseeee do not waste anytime. They will hire anyone off the street just for cheap payouts. If you are a newcomer you will get in for sure. Supplements and everything hard to learn cause no one knows anything. My friend hated it and transferred. Trust me their totally clueless and google everythingggg.
