Hot Head Burritos — Restaurant in Niles

The food tastes like a slightly lower quality version of Chipotle, just over the top more expensive. The chicken was definitely not fresh and had a slight artificial taste. Their saving grace is the fact that they have so many more topping options, but with a seriously unfortunate caveat: A) They focus 100% on up-charging you. They don't explicitly state what is extra$$; have a bloated menu and there are way too many confusing charges whose additions are not explicitly revealed or obvious (they charge you for a spicy sauce, but it's next to all the free sauces. You don't know you were charged until they close the package and ask for your credit card. I paid over $16 for a $10.50 chicken burrito bowl. B) The server made my chicken "double" when he never asked me if I wanted a double amount. The amount he put in was paltry and not double meat. In fact the amount he gave in comparison to Chipotle appeared to be of the "single" amount. Two different ideologies.

Verdict? It's okay if you don't have any better choices open or nearby. You are much better off at Chipotle...

Rude, dismissive MOD. Every encounter i have had with this emily or who ever she is has been horrible. I had to tell the employees what they were making several times when i ordered something that was on the menu simply laid out as there built item. Than i try to use my coupon for a power bowl which is what it said the item was on the menu and they wouldnt take off 2 dollars because it wasnt that specific steak or chix w/guac. Well the coupon on the app doesnt say that. Instead of just giving me 2 dollars off she wanted to get snippy and i understand her position to explain why it wasnt that coupon but just give me 2 off and lets move on with our lives im not here to argue. Didnt even offer to help me find another coupon on the app that may have been comparable. Than i was like lets just pay for what i got and the og price was 11 something and than it went up to 15. Thats when i lost it im not paying more for something i didnt order. Very unsatified, wont...

My husband and I are from St. Louis Missouri. There are no Hot Head Burritos by us. Every year we visit Warren, OH to visit our son. While there we always go to Hot Head Burritos. We made our annual trip there today on July 30, and were very disappointed. First the 3 girls working were full of attitude. All three of them acted like they had more important things to do instead of helping us. In fact the girl at the register was too busy playing on her phone. I ordered a nacho with taco meat and queso cheese. The first girl who took our order barely put any queso on my nacho chips, I asked her if she could put more queso on there, she stood there for a minute glaring at me like I just asked her to jump out of a plane or something. Then to top it off my nacho chips and my husbands hard taco shells were stale. We spent $45 for attitude from the workers and stale food. Very disappointed and next time we visit Warren, we will not be visiting Hot...
