My grandmother and I came in as new customers, at the time they had a promotion new customers get a free phone, âLizâ showed us all the phones we had to choose from and my grandma was very upfront all she cared about was that the phone was free, Liz assured us the one she had chosen was free, she said we will have to pay for the first few months and then we will get credit for it when the promotion âprocessedâ and âwent- throughâ, well 3-4 months later we are still being charged, I go in and guess what- the phone was never part of the promotion! It cost 600 dollars and they basically said to bad, and treated me like I was lying to them. They didnât seem to care what so ever that one of their employees either didnât know how to do their job or chose to scam my 78 year old grandmother. They wouldnât take the phone back, they did say they would discount the phone at 50% but ended up giving us a $250 credit on the bill which last time I checked 50% of $600 was not $250.    Read moreOn 2/21/2025- We decided to upgrade my sonâs phone from the iPhone 15 to the iPhone 16pro max. We were told by Max the sales man at the Nileâs location that they were having a promotional deal for the Apple Watch, if you buy one the service is $15 dollars a month and each additional watch is $7.00 a month and the watches were free. To make a very long story short⌠this is not the case. The T-Mobile store will swear up and down this is the promo they are running but my bill said differently. I Spoke with 2 different people at T-Mobile customer service (800 number) who both said the promotion the store is offering is incorrect but 3 different people in the store say itâs correct. Needless to say, I decided to return the watches within the 14 day return period to get charged an 80.00 restocking fee. If I could cancel my account and go elsewhere right now, I absolutely would!!!!

   Read moreIve never left a review for a business but after this experience I had to. Istopped by this store to look into their plans and phones cause my sprknt service has been awful. I had heard good things about this location but my experience was awful. I told the guy I wanted 2 iPhones and I told him how much I pay now. The guys name was Dan and he kept showing me these cheap phones and that if I went with iPhone I would pay more. I dont mind paying more for what I want. I told him I was just shopping for now and it would be some time before I make any final decisions and talk it over with my husband. He became completely not in interested in helping me after that. He seemed more interested in the other customers in the store and the nice employees that were helping them. Maybe it was just the person I had helping me and not Tmobile as a company because there are some great reviews on here but this guy was awful. He was very unkept and he just appeared to be out of it at times or on something. It was weird. I still may give TMobile a shot but only if I go somewhere else or if that guy...
