This review is only for the Niles location. The food is good, but the service is garbage and leaves much to be desired. I walked into the Niles location when it was EMPTY - I was the ONLY CUSTOMER. I ordered, paid cash, and somehow a family of 4, some other random guy and a DoorDash person all came in after me and recieved their orders before me. When I asked where my order was, two of the employees went back and forth "I thought you were making the order. I thought you had the ticket." Yet, as a woman of color, I was treated poorly, still did not get my order until AFTER everyone else received their orders and left. I will not be back. Not worth it and my money is green the same as everyone else's. They claim it was unintentional they were focused on something else. What does that mean? If that's the case how were the order placed after mine ready befire mine? The 2 individuals working were extremely rude and disrespectful to not even acknowledge I was still in the store waiting for my order. My money will be spent elsewhere...
Read moreThe smoothies are fine, but the owner doesn’t understand how to make a customer satisfied. Daughter wanted an açaí bowl; husband wanted a smoothie. I worked for five hours getting my classroom ready and told my family I’d pick them up on way home, which I did. Took a step out of my car, and the smoothie cup gave way, spilling all over me and my garage. Went all the way back to Pulp, after calling about what happened, and the owner had the AUDACITY to say it looked like I cut the cup and could’ve drunk the smoothie. I could buy another one for half price. REALLY? For a faulty cup? Like I want to go all the way home and then all the way back there for a smoothie that wasn’t even for me? Like $6 is worth all that? Long story short, I told my family I won’t spend another dime in that business. It’s the principle of the matter! The straw wasn’t even in the cup yet, and I don’t take kindly to being made to feel like it’s MY fault and some kind of scheme to get a...
Read moreThe restaurant had a terrible smell when walking in. We were never greeted and the worker was just standing by the register not saying a word. I had to ask if she was able to take our order after standing there for a few minutes. There were five or MORE dirty blender pitchers on the counter, stacked up, to the ceiling. They looked like they had been sitting out for hours. An employee was sitting on a bucket in the back on her phone. The other two said nothing and handed me the smoothie I ordered. After the smell and the cleanliness of the store, I lost my appetite and ended up throwing my order away. Sides of the cup were sticky as well. The employees were extremely unwelcoming and made us feel uncomfortable. I’ve gone here multiple times and I unfortunately don’t plan on visiting this location again. I love Pulp smoothies so I am extremely bummed about this. We have had positive visits in the past. We visited on July 16th...
