I have to give it up to the NEW General Manager, TIM! My uncle rented a laptop from this store on 6/25/22, the first payment was due July 3. Due to being on disability, he only gets paid 1x a month. Since the 3rd is Tomorrow.. (on a Sunday), disability payments were given on Friday the 1rst. Which also caused the payment to AARONs also removed Friday the 1rst. My uncle decided to not lease the computer and returned the computer back to them on the 1rst. However, the $147.00 dollars was removed from my account on the same day he returned the computer. I was very upset because of this, I was worried because I read that Aarons DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS. HOWEVER!!!! TIM KNEW MY CIRCUMSTANCES AND HOW THE PAYMENT IS DUE ON THE 3RD EVERY MONTH, UNLESS THE 3RD RUNS ON A WEEKEND. TIM DID NOT ARGUE THE RULES , HE DID NOT HOLD IT AGAINST ME THAT HE IN FACT INFORMED US THAT THE PAYMENT WOULD BE TAKING OUT ON THE 1RST DUE TO THE 3RD BEING SUNDAY . HE DID NOT REFUSE NOR HESITATE AT ALL AND HE REFUNDED THE $147.00 BACK TO MY ACCOUNT! HE WAS NOT RUDE AT ALL ! HE WAS VERY KIND AS WELL AS UNDERSTANDING TO MY SITUATION. HE MADE SURE THAT NO MATTER HOW LONG IT TOOK HIM TO GET IT FIGURED OUT TO BE ABLE TO REFUND MY ACCOUNT , HE WAS ON TOP OF IT! TIM WENT EVEN A STEP FURTHER AND HE CALLED MY PHONE AND LEFT A VOICEMAIL TO LET ME KNOW THAT HE SUCCESSFULLY REFUNDED THE MONEY TO MY ACCOUNT! IT IS SO RARE IN TODAY'S SOCIETY, TO HAVE A PERSON GO ABOVE AND BEYOND TO MAKE THINGS RIGHT WITH THE CUSTOMER, EVEN DESPITE THE FACT HE DID IN FACT MENTION THE PAYMENT BEING REMOVED ON THE 1RST TO ME. So I took a trip at the store and I went into to look not a one person greated me or asked if I needed help so I spoke up and asked if they had any lg front loaders , she said they dont have any front loaders she I told you on the phone pendleton pike as one in-stock so I called before I drove that way they dont have none in stock maybe she was confused from the top loaders from the front loaders . Read moreGood Customer service- Over priced used items. I had no idea that the over priced appliances that I was purchasing were used. Obviously with any rent to own type of purchase you are getting a crappy deal with high interest rates. For some of us that's what we need to encounter. However, the appliances I selected appliances showed up scratched and they were filthy and unsanitary. So not only am I over paying- I'm paying for dirty equipment. Nasty filthy hairs and gunk of God knows who and how many others. So you mean to tell me they (Aarons)couldn't clean the appliances before shipping it off to the next place/customer? Even known used appliance placs sell clean items. If you cannoay cash, get credit or purchase from a friend or family member, I'd suggest that you do that. It will save you in the end.
