The store was great. There was amazing products as usual. However, the manager is extremely rude. As I was in line, she was literally glaring at me staring right into my eyes as I looked back at her. All she does is sit back and boss everyone around. She doesnât speak to customers nor will she help them. She threw a fit because one of her employees didnât hear her call her to her register because she was putting things away. As this manager continued to sit and do nothing instead of open up a register and help the people in line. I could not believe it. I then had an issue with one of the florals that didnât have a price tag. She sent someone to go find the price of it (without doing it herself). They discovered it broke off a larger piece. She told me if I wanted it I had to buy the entire thing which was 10 times as large as the one I had and wanted. She was dismissive and rude and went straight to throw the piece away, rather than offering it to me at a price. I would have paid for it and instead it went to the trash.    Read moreHobby Lobby has always been the expensive option, but if you go there right before a holiday, they are usually the first to have a 40-60% off sale which males all of the difference in the world. Their holiday packaging is very unique and finding it in time for the holidays makes it worth stopping in. For instance, why wrap a box with Christmas wrap when you can just buy a $10 (now $5) designer box to put your gift(s) in? It's even easier to mail out!
Aside from their up and down pricing, I do wish they had larger rolls of cellophane (more than 25ft) as this would help with large baskets and more.

   Read moreOur 'Original' cashier declined to serve us after standing in her line for 5 minutes then we switched to another checkout line to be checked out. This 'original cashier' pushed a cart to the cart corral then continued to checkout other customers until another client without a mask entered her line. This cashier then declined to serve this customer as well. The managers was standing there and when approached shut us down and failed to hear me out when speaking to him about this cashier. He acted as if this is normal for this person saying"I don't think she did that" as this happened to multiple shoppers. Not professional...
