Culver’s — Restaurant in Norfolk

Never felt so disrespected by a restaurant than I have tonight by the Norfolk Culver’s. My husband and I went through the drive to get our weekly concrete mixer to be greeted by nobody at the window. We then proceeded to watch employees looking at their phones and talking amongst each other. Still we sat and waited and watch one employee eating freely from someone’s food coming out of the kitchen. The same employee then decides to finally start making our concrete mixer. We then watch as they hold the cup up to their mouth and pretend to eat the bits in the cup... I have had enough.. I went inside to request a new cup because this current one had been put to an employees mouth. I was met with backlash saying she didn’t actually eat any. I DONT CARE!! It is flu and cold season and I will not have your coworkers saliva on my food. I returned to my car and was greeted by the manager. When I brought this to their attention she rudely replied the employee was chewing gum. When we tried to tell her otherwise she got defensive so my husband raised his voice to be heard over the manager arguing with us. She yelled at us to lower our voices. Needless to say I immediately asked for a refund and will no longer being going to this restaurant. I pay for my food and your professional business. (Written by my wonderful wife)...

The employees really do their best. Customer service and especially customer service in the restaurant/food business is very difficult. I applaud all of the workers there. I respect what they do so much, because they help feed the many people who show up to their restaurant. What more could I ask for? All employees are human just like us, and deserve kindness and to be treated as honestly and kindly as they try to treat their customers. They're not robots that never make mistakes. They're hard-working normal human beings who make mistakes every single day, but they still come back to work, since they need to be able to support their valuable human lives by working in order to support other valuable human lives like their customers. My favorite humans are the humans who take my order, make my food, and give me food. This will always be a commendable service for as long as there continues to be human employees trying their best while being highly stressed out just to be able to give me food, so they can go home and hopefully afford food for themselves as well. Thank you employees for always trying your best, because I know you are. I could never selfishly forget how much hard work the food industry takes to...

I haven't been too much of a fan of Culver's but the ice cream I'm a big fan of ice cream and their selection there is okay they're not the best meals to have around here in town but they do their part and having a restaurant in this community that's different and I respect them for staying the burgers are a little greasy for me even the buns little small on my typical burger and fries like I say the ice cream the shakes the custards are at the top of the chain the service is quick and the people are friendly it's a nice family dining restaurants you can go to when it's hot outside even when it's cold outside and enjoy a nice burger and fries or shake with a custards are what...
