Beware of words like, Guaranteed & Refund from the sales staff. I just went through a terrible experience with these people. After purchasing a mattress I was told I could return it for a full refund if I also purchased the mattress protector. I did. Slept horribly on it so I called them to set up a return. I called 3 times and was told each time a manager would return my call. It wasn't until the following week when I was finally contacted. At that point I was told I could not get a refund, only store credit. NOT what I was told by the saleswoman. Next i was told that it would take up to 2 weeks to get the credit even because there was a small stain (small enough of a mark that a dime would cover it. It was more of a mild discoloration in the material). Nevertheless, the protector I purchased "Guarenteed" I could return it up to 120 days. Again a lie told by the staff. Read moreI went to Slumberland Furniture with my 9year old daughter to look for and purchase a new reclining sofa. With the help, patience and knowledge from Tina Werner (Sales Associate/Design Consultant) and the other Associates available I finally chose a perfect sofa for me! To be honest, I was there for a few hours looking at, sitting on, asking questions and researching several reclining sofas I was interested in that was also in my budget. Tina was great! Answered all my questions and was very patient with me. Not only did I buy a perfect new Beautiful Family Gamer Sofa I also purchased a new beautiful bedroom furniture set for my daughter. The price was terrific and they offered delivery and set up! I was elated! They (Tina and the finance manager) stayed late after the store closed to finish my paperwork and set up delivery. We couldn't be any happier! Thank you so much for...

For a second I thought maybe she was a customer. When I realized she was an employee I was not happy. I walked around the store for 10 minutes, not one person acknowledged me. Finally, a gal who was already helping someone approached me and was very nice. I think it was Alicia. The owner walked past and told the 3 employees standing around (or fiddling with something) to help the customers. I walked out of there knowing I wasn’t going to make a purchase here. I’d like to buy local but customer service...
