Caroline had the worst attitude with me & should not be managing anyone's store with that type of poor customer service. Based off the previous reviews, it seems I'm not the only one that thinks this store has gone downhill. I came into the store 30min after opening for an exchange. Tags were still attached to the never worn item that was purchased with other items the other week. No one was at the register, and after 3 people just stared at me, standing at the register, Caroline walked over. I told her I'd like to exchange an item. She asked for a receipt and I told her it was not with me. She said "well there's nothing I can do for you without the receipt." I told her the tag was still attached and I simply wanted to exchange. she stated "well maybe if you could go find out the phone number or email that was used we could move forward." Shocked at her rudeness and tone I replied "excuse me?? All you had to do was simply ask me and I would have gladly provided those details,' to which she replied, "I was getting to that." Huh??? Smh. I gave her the email and telephone number, and she stated there have been no transactions in the past 60 days, and since the member has been a member since 2018, let him know that he can't get returns for items purchased past 60days. Wow 🤦🏾♀️ I tried explaining to her that something was off because he's always in the store and would never shop without entering his number. She just stared and shrugged her shoulders. I called him and he said to check the bag or the car for receipt, I did and voila, it was there. I walked back into the store and gave her the receipt from less than 30days ago and her only response was "I'll talk to this cashier about making sure members info is put in. Then she told me I had $24.99 being returned to his Amex. I said no ma'am, I'd like to exchange for another item. She stated the item was originally 145.01 and after 25% & 10% off it's $24.99. 👀🤔🤦🏾♀️. At that point, although I know clearly that something was wrong on the front end or the back end, I just purchased another item and left.. I hope I never have to deal...

She didn’t say “hello,” or ask “has anyone helped you,” like most polo stores! I have been to A LOT of Ralph Lauren factory stores and this chick was the WORST cashier, ever! Cashier # 228063 needs a refresher on being polite or just common courtesy to the customers that shop in the store this really is NOT the Ralph Lauren brand! Like I said I have shopped at a lot of polo stores and no one has ever acted like this! Read moreWhile visiting family in Georgia, I saw a woman’s blazer I wanted to purchase. Unfortunately, the Georgia location didn’t have the size I wanted. I unsuccessfully searched online. While visiting my daughter in Virginia, we decided to window shop at this location. We walked in and I immediately saw a salesperson and inquired about the blazer. Nelly was under the impression that they were all sold out, because none of the blazers were on the sale rack. Nelly suggested checking in the back. After a few minutes, Nelly returned with the jacket and it was my size! I am a happy shopper and customer. Thank you Nelly for going the extra step to find my jacket! Thanks for being helpful...
