7 Brew Coffee — Restaurant in Norman

I ordered a drink and it was made wrong, then they handed me another wrong one. Instead of fixing it, I was told to get back in line and pay again. When I asked for a manager, I was told none were available—only a “shift lead.” Staff were rude and unprofessional, and it feels like they try to gaslight customers into thinking it’s their fault.

Corporate is no help either. Phone numbers just go to voicemails that no one returns, and emails only get an automated response. Honestly, every time I go, the staff look miserable and like they don’t want to be there.

If you come here, double-check your drink before leaving—because if it’s wrong, they won’t make it right.
