Bottom line does not uphold what was promised by staff & does not listen/ care- just a sale. Horrible return date/policy. No information given at check out. I happen to notice a sign then I asked on my own. Policy causes people to buy two items for their children, items that have not been worn, tags on etc & bought less than 12 hours prior to the not explained no return date. No known dressing areas so observe people trying on items in middle of the store, which I now understand due to return policy. Last year they were one store over not sure the difference. Quick way to not allow you to use a coupon IMO. Corporate greed.
