Comp-U-Talk — Local services in North Bend

First time I go into there to get a power cord to my laptop the lady was late ten minutes after they opened which, whatever oh well. So I only had 5 minutes to leave and hurry back to work. She told me I needed to come back and bring my laptop so she can help me find a used power cord. I come back after taking time off work in the morning. I’m trying this box of power cords struggling. The employee is walking around and keeps looking at me. The boss is visiting with her family. I’m going through like 30 power cords and none of them work..... I asked nicely if they test them and they said “Wel no but they should work”. So I’m quietly fuming I wasted all this time. I put everything back nicely and come to the front not knowing what to do. The owner asks if I found a cord I said none worked. She asked if it was my Laptop I said it charges but my cord is breaking. She tells me I’m better off going on dell website and ordering one. First of all. I probably would have done that the first place if I knew what to look for. Second of all I was struggling the entire time searching in their box of cords. 3rd of all you’d think they’d want money and to make sure their customer gets a dang cord LOL. Idk about you but I would have been nose deep helping a customer. I would have been on my computer that moment helping to find a cord to order. I was in desperate need of a laptop computer as my chrome book had died. I needed one as soon as possible due to a death in the family and I had to communicate via a computer for everything I needed to do in regards to a family member. I was told that Comp-U-Talk was the best. I called up and was told by Janet to come right down and they would help me out. I did and next thing I knew everything was taken care of and I had a really great HP laptop. I was so grateful to have found such wonderful people.
