I called to make an appointment this morning for x-ray’s for my 12 year old daughter and myself (we both got fractures within 24 hours of each other) at John’s Hopkins Radiology in Bethesda. I had called several places prior to finding this place and non of them took pediatric x-rays. Who knew? I just went down the list. The woman (I wish I had her name) was patient, professional and helpful and all the great things. She patiently waited for me to find my prescription (which I couldn’t) then set me up with their fax number. I left that conversation thinking I have never been on the other line of an appointment and felt so taken care of. She was knowledgeable, friendly and I’m still in awe of the way she clearly stated exactly where and when and why to go where. ...

The Medical Receptionist, Stephanie, was one of the most unempathetic, inconsiderate, and rude receptionist I have ever encountered. She was loud, disorganized, did not listen, asked the same question 3 times, and what is worse, had a "shut up and be grateful that I am helping you" attitude. I wanted to complain but the Office Manager was busy with another patient--perhaps another...

the facility is fine, but the tech who led me through the procedure was cold and rude. a year later I have tried for 2 weeks to make a follow-up appt and only get the robo voice menu--when I press all the numbers as instructed, I'm just circulated back to the start of the menu. infuriating. I can't even get in touch with the office to get last year's record so I can go...
