We had the privilege of meeting Dr. Ilton Cubero on a medical appointment for my wife some months ago. It was for us a very special and unique opportunity to meet a blessed person and a highly regarded physician. We were very much impressed with his superb dedication, kindness and professionalism. Virtues that nowadays are almost extinct. We are lucky to be under the care of a superior human being as Dr. Cubero is. You really made the difference!! 1 had xray from my heart 2020 .I went through a prsiger .but there was not anything wrong on my heart.medicare paid them .I paid almost $900.00 from my little social security salary. Now I have problem to get my medication on time for several months .my pharmacy tried so hard to get intouch with Bethsda office .today is 5 days I do not have my daily medication .after several calls from my pharmacy as well as by myself. When I called after 25 minutes somebody answered to me today .I asked I have been your patients for the last 25 years can I talk to manager on duty .simply said we will call you back .I am still waiting for...

The front desk staff, for the most part, is terrible, poorly trained, and rude at best.

They yelled at us to get out and wait outside when we stepping into the office even when there are plenty of seats to sit down and wait inside. They don't care that my dad was on a walker and had trouble to walk. They said we have to go through the Covid-19 screening before entering the room, but there is nobody outside doing that, and there is no sign of anything saying that.

If these are the people that are the face of the organization, they could use a face lift. The doctors and the rest of the staff...
