Tonight was awful, i have never had a problem with this location until now. The employees there were awful tonight and I have never dealt with anyone there like this. Usually the employees are super nice but not these two.
I chose 3 sandwiches that came with extra cheese and the lady only put one layer on and i said something and she said no that was 2 layers and continued to do it to the other 2 sandwiches and i again asked nicely to add the second layer of cheese. The second lady said she would fix it but the other worker wouldn't let her and told her that she knows she did it right. I said i just want what i am paying for.
They started arguing with me and said i was raising my voice and they refuse to serve me. I asked for a supervisor and they refused to give me any details to contact anyone and told me to google it. While also closing everything down and throwing away the 3 footlong sandwiches that were ordered.

There were THREE employees standing behind the counter. An older gentleman came in right behind us. We weren’t greeted. As a matter of face, I said hello and they said, “it’ll be a minute.” After ten minutes the older gentleman left. At which point the employees scoffed at him.
One of the employees came from behind the counter, almost hitting my husband with the little door, saying nothing. Where were they going you ask? Oh, you know. They were thirsty and went to fill their water cup.
The entire time we were in there, the employees were talking with each other. What were they talking about? Just how dumb all their past customers were, one of which they wanted to call the police on for littering. (For what it’s worth, I did look and see no garbage around their vehicle.)
No wonder this place was empty when both establishments on either side...
Read moreVery rude staff. Maisie was very short and impatient while we were ordering. She was sighing and when we were asking for a topping she would cut us off and say "is that all" after every thing we asked for. When we misunderstood something she said she got snappy about having to repeat herself. I get having a bad day every so often but you should probably try to not take it out on customers and act like they are putting you out when they are there to get something to enjoy from subway. This is disappointing as I enjoy subway's food, but these continuous experiences with the staff are overcoming any good qualities that subway has to offer. Work on the concept of customer service. It doesn't take a lot. It doesn't matter if you are a 5 star restaurant or subway, good and bad experiences leave lasting effects on...
