Was actually disappointed here. A lot of merchandise didn’t have prices. The girl with purple hair and eyebrows was not helpful. I asked for a price and when I finally got her attention (she didn’t notice and the guy that was working was helping a customer over he phone clearly so she should’ve stepped up). HE was actually really attentive and doing his job. She gave me the price and turned around right away… like I wanted to buy it! SHE WAS ON HER PERSONAL PHONE TALKING TO SOMEONE ELSE USING HER EARPIECE. Seriously?! That’s okay now? Ignore paying customers… giving a sob story how she needs her phone on her all the time in case of emergencies. I can hear your conversation and it’s not your mom. I had to get her attention again just to buy the item. I almost dropped everything...

Purchased a warranty that was worthless. The cashier, Chelsey, refused to take back the broken 3ds within the one year warranty. Never received any warrant details when I purchased the 3ds. Was told “I am sorry someone should have told you.”She was unable to provide any details of the warranty and showed be a picture of a broken remote control. The broken remote control supposed to represent what she could not take back. Do NOT purchase any used items from GameStop or warranty. The used 3ds I purchased has slowly fallen apart and is worthless now. The service at this store was terrible. Given a customer service number that no one ever answered after 30 minutes. will NEVER return. We went to Best Buy after this experience and made our purchases. Will now shop elsewhere after...

We had such a great experience at the GameStop in The Woodlands Mall! The store was clean, well-organized, and easy to browse—but what really made the visit stand out was the staff. Everyone was genuinely helpful and super friendly. They took the time to answer our questions and helped us find exactly what we needed without any pressure.
