Purchased a $5 tee and $1.50 stackable bracelet. Signs were clearly marked, no tags on either items. Out of a twenty dollar bill, I got only $6.37 back. When I went to ask about the change, I noticed I was charged $7.50 for the bracelet. I asked why, because the signs, (two) say $1.50, they said no, that I read it wrong. That they can only do an exchange. After being accused of being illiterate , I said, "I paid in cash, I wanted my cash back," while on phone, the clerk kept telling manager how I "thought" I read $1.50 on sign, while the other clerk, changed both signs to say $7.50. All this was captured on video, and their security cameras. I asked to speak to manager, as she disconnected the phone. Redialed the phone, no one answered, by third try she answered and clerk gave me phone. I explained to her, that the signs clearly say $1.50, that her staff changed both signs, I never touched the sign, by proof of their own security cameras, that I was over charged, and now that I am accused of price swapping, illiterate and wrongly overcharged, this is "bait and switch" which is highly illegal. I paid with cash, I want my cash back.

I probably would have been satisfied with an exchange, had I not been accused of price swapping, or told I could not read. I received my cash back in full, and thank the clerks, in spite of my complete frustration. Buyer beware, complete unethical...

First off, this store deserves 0 stars but they're getting 1 since that's the only option.These people here are so rude. They had a sign that said buy one get one 1/2 half throughout the store but since the sale ended yesterday (and signs were still up) they didn't honor it. Sales associate was probably 15 working had a very bad attitude and called me and my sister names underneath her breath because we were apparently looking at her and the manager told her to go to the back because she threatened to call "her mama". Very unprofessional and they wouldn't even refund my purchase even though I just bought it but I didn't like the way they were treating us and only offered us store credit. Will never come back here, very shady business and completely unacceptable the way they let their employees act. I don't know how this store is still up and running especially with how they treat their customers that are SPENDING MONEY and can't even give a refund but only "store credit". Don't waste your time or money to these people who obviously don't care about anyone or make sure all their promos are valid. I wouldn't have bought the stuff but the girl ran my card and gave me my receipt before I could even say never mind. Absolutely...

This is the only store I go to for tshirts and the girls never speak or ask if I need help but that’s fine I can do it on my own. I love the assortment and the clearance although this time the clearance wasn’t as good, again no biggie it happens.
