Second time trusting this ace with painting projects. I have painted two rooms with paint from here and when I buy more of the same paint it does not match! Now I'm re painting my kitchen, again! There is no excuse for this and I will go with Home Depot from now on. When you advertise a color you should ensure that every purchase of that specific color comes out the same. I even brought in my empty gallon to ensure what happened before did not happen again. Shame.

I cannot reply to the Ace reply but I will say that I already brought the paint back in to the store 2 hours after they made me it. They apologized and told me I was the second person that day to complain about paint not matching. So I brought the new Nantucket Gray home and started painting again. It did not match, again! So the gentleman told me maybe my first batch was a dud. But it could not have been only the first batch because the sample matched the first batch. Again, there are issues taking place here and I do not think Benjamin Moore would support their paint colors not matching no...

I purchased a Stihl backpack leave blower from this store. The first time I used it the hose kept falling off. I took it back to the store and they had left a part off. They fixed that. The second time I went to use it it ran on full throttle and wouldn’t decrease like the carburetor was stuck open. And I used the Stihl fuel. So after attempting to use this new $500 blower the 2nd time it had to go back to the store. I asked for a replacement new blower since something definitely wasn’t right with this one. I got the run around, poor customer service snd sarcasm. They had to replace the carborator (it was gummed up). How does that happen when I had only used it once and with ethanol free stihls fuel. I will never shop here again and nor will my friends and family. They should have given me...

Went to Ace to get pool sand. As I was loading on the cart. A woman and an employee stopped me and said “don’t bring it inside just tell the cashier and they will scan it on a sheet.” From previous purchase… I asked if this will take 30 mins to scan or find the code. The woman who I assumed was a manager said “ absolutely not”. So I went in and told the cashier what I needed, he then began scrambling for what I believed was the sheet. But could find it. Then he said can you bring in a bag and I will scan it. I explained what had taken place outside and the he radioed a manager for assistance. With 4 people waiting to ring out behind.
