EZPAWN — Local services in North Las Vegas

Avoid this place at all costs. I will never do business with them again and I would advise anyone to take your business elsewhere. I was immediately insanely lowballed on my items and they wouldn’t negotiate at all. The two women (I didn’t catch their names) had major attitude the entire time and I was made to feel as if I didn’t matter as a customer. When I had questions about items I was ignored and then rudely acknowledged as if I was bothering them. I took my items elsewhere where I was offered more and accepted. I did return with one item and asked for less than their original lowball offer they offered me just an hour before (just to get it off my hands) and they continued to be extremely rude and then said they wouldn’t take it all. This establishment should remember that they are a pawn shop and a business and start treating their customers as such! I’m a businessman and I refer a lot of people to businesses around the valley and I will be directing my customers to the pawn shop up the street that was reasonable and treated me with respect...

These guys are absolutely wonderful. Kyle, the store manager was a welcome relief in a time of stress for me. He greeted me with a bright "hello" and asked Quinton aka "Q" to give me a hand. Great customer service, lots of hidden treasures, smaller business but most times its better that way, they are always willing to work with me in a nice friendly manner. I have referred all of my family and friends, I even call ahead to advise that my family or grandparents are coming in (they speak more so Spanish) and they always prepare for a translator whether it be an employee in the shop or even calling another employee from a different location to translate.
