I love this store. But this time I am a wee bit upset. I bought about 7 cards and 3 things off of the 50%off table. When I got home I looked at my receipt and didn't find the 50% off. I called the store and was told that I didn't buy my things at that store. I said you are on Decatur and she said yes, well I said I was in there about 1/2 hr ago and did buy my things there. She said, well what was it and I told her. She then said that the price on the merchandise was the price, not 50% off of that. Well there was nothing there to tell me that. The sign said that it was 50%off, and not that the price was marked on it.....she spoke to me in a very condescending way and I didn't like it...I spend money in her store and I don't think I should be spoken to that way...I told her I would be returning the merchandise and she said fine, she would be there. Gail wasn't very attentive but that was okay with me it was when I went to check out that has caused me to write this complaint. I was standing behind a customer while she was talking and ringing up his purchase but when she finished she looked right at me and began to walk away I had to catch her attention then she rudely called-up another clerk to ring up my purchase. I found her service not to be up to Hallmark standards. Her actions made it seem as though she didn't want to ring-up my purchase. The young lady that Gail so rudely called up to ring-up my 2 cards...

I absolutely love coming here for gifts, especially during the holidays.
They also have a great candy and snack section, which makes their store feel more authentic.
However, one star has been taken off this rating since the employees here are generally inattentive. Itās usually the younger employees, canāt recall any names or faces. 9 times out of 10, Iām not greeted, I just see the employees having a conversation by the cashier. Even Bath and Body Works employees greet more than these employees.
