I am not one to leave bad reviews because I always try to find the best in everyone. And also realize that everyone has bad days. But my experience in this store was appalling, and I donât mean the products in the store. There was a great selection. And when I first arrived around 8:35 Pm I had a younger gentleman who was very kind and showed me where a few things were every time I approached him and asked where they were without any hesitation and was sincere. At 9pm not realizing how late it was I heard the one and only announcement that the store was closing and to bring things forward immediately. So with my three year old daughter in tow we started walking towards the front. Before we were even half way there an older man that I later learned was named Darren came up and balligerently yelled at my daughter and I telling us we had to check out right this moment the store close one minute prior and he wanted to leave. I told him we were walking up there currently. Then he proceeded to yell causing myself and my little girl to cry at his harshness and excessive crude tone of voice and words. I proceeded to tell him we were heading there now and I apologized saying sorry I only heard one warning. He tried telling me there were many warnings if I had been listening I would have heard. At this point I walked away because my daughter not nor I needed to be in this environment especially from a man who was in his 59s-60s. In my head I was thinking do you act this way around your grandchildren. So I proceeded to grab one more thing because we were in desperate need and as a single mom of five I donât have a lot of time to waste and feeding my children is a priority. As we approached the register he was no where to be found but then miraculously popped out right behind the register where we would have unloaded our stuff got in my face with a look of crazed bewilderment in his eyes and said itâs about time come on now letâs go. I never thought to ask if he treats all of his customers like this as I proceeded to cry again. I told him I have worked in retail for years and have never once in my life treated/ nor been treated with such malevolence and no disregard for another human let alone a pregnant mother with her toddler in tow. I told him I get it you want to get out of here and I apologize but I will not be berated and treated like dirt as a customer. And believe me I know customers arenât always right. He continued to berate me and escalate the situation saying he wasnât yelling just that he always spoke so loudly. Which I then called him on his bluff telling him I speak loudly naturally and that he was absolutely yelling and handiling the situation in the most unprofessional manner I have ever experienced in my life. The younger man whose name I am unaware of with gauges said something like well we did say it was closing time. Which I understood thatâs why I was making my way towards the registers. The older guy Daren or supposedly thatâs what I was told his name was. After more belittling and huffing/ mumbling under his voice and snide remarks. I had decided my daughter and I had endured enough abuse for one night. I told him I was okay and we would be leaving and left my whole cart of goods I was about to purchase in my cart and told them I would never endure such an embarrassing humiliating and degrading situation in my life. Once I got through the double doors the younger man who had the gauges and helped me earlier and had said a thing or two at the register came out to apologize. I do realize his gf and daughter were sitting inside the store waiting to leave and once again he wasnât terrible but I feel like thatâs what part of the rush was. I even told them that I work weekends and I get it it sucks but thatâs no way to treat another human being and he told me his name and told me to call the manager in the am. Because when I asked Daren who the owner was he said there wasnât one earlier at the register.

Just keep on moving to the Walmart next door where you know what the price is and they treat you with dignity and respect. There's honestly really NO bargains. Lemme tell you I grabbed a product out of the freezer and proceed to check out first there's only one cashier open with the line backing into the aisle. Finally another employee opens up. She rings me out and the last of my 3 items was double of what the signage said in the freezer so they call for a price check and we can clearly watch the young man go to where I got the product. He goes in the freezer messes around then speaks to a lady goes back to the freezer and finally comes back. Oh it's the price it rang up but swears up and down that there was absolutely no sign in that freezer with the price I seen below the product which just happened to be exactly half the price they were charging me LOL đ. I told them I'm not crazy or stupid and I do pay attention to the price of things I buy. I was only attempting to buy 3 items. The cashier and myself watch the young man return the item I declined to purchase and I said why isn't he just placing it back in? Instead he's messing around right where the sign was. I was like are you serious? Whatever. We don't shop there cuz there's always issues and occurrences that happen every time we shop there. Also no apologies or anything for the inconvenience. Just being human and saying we are sorry we messed up and didn't change our price signs instead it just feels like a hokey pokey bait and switch you're crazy scheme. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY IF YOU VALUE THEM AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Good...
Read moreAlways go here. They don't always have what I want/need, but I once spent $250 on $450 worth of groceries, so what you get is a great price 99% of the time. Got some speghettios that expired like 4 years earlier on accident, but when I popped it open I couldn't even tell the difference until my wife pointed it out. Upon writing this review I've been awake for over 24 hours so when I just went in I bought ten cases of water and some chips just because I was feeling some chips. Spent 32 bucks (also needed duct tape and aleve) on quality brands, but forgot my chips at the checkout. The lady who helped me followed me out to the parking lot with the rest of my purchase and wasn't even annoyed with me. Quality service right there. Found some moldy bread on the shelf, but as soon as I pointed it out the kid who was working at the time nearly had a panic attack as he rushed the bread away. I felt his shame, but A+ on the effort and recovery. All in all, I'd be incredibly depressed if this place ever closed, so five...
