Pizza Hut — Restaurant in North Londonderry Township

Right off the bat I'll admit I've never dined in here, so I can't really comment on the service too much. Atmosphere seems nice, and the staff were always friendly when I did pick up orders.

As for the food! The food is phenomenal, I don't know if the pizza is this good at every pizza hut (only have ever ordered from this pizza hut) but the food at this establishment is truly awesome.

Personally, in my 21 years of being alive, pizza has always just been pizza to me, it never really has mattered to me where its ordered from nothing ever stood out to me. Until I ordered from this place, this place has consistently given its best effort in making my pizza and I can confidently say every pizza I've ever ordered has been the best that I've had compared to other pizza chains. I've finally found a pizza place I prefer to order from and thats this pizza hut, its close by, offers quality and consistensy.

One thing thats always stood out to me, being a single guy, I usually have left overs, when reheating said leftovers even 2-3 days later. THE CRUST IS STILL SOFT AND TASTES GREAT!!! That to me speaks volumes in their quality, I've never had a pizza from anywhere else that I reheated the next day and the crust wasn't rock solid.

So I for one am greatly impressed with this establishment, and think the staff should be very proud of their commitment to it. Wonderfully done guys. To anyone considering this place, I highly recommend it!

Lastly, the marinera is soooo good, usually don't care for it as a dipper, but their marinera is great with breadsticks/cheesticks! Very rich and sweet taste! Best...

The manager is incompetent and has the attitude and perspective of an emotionally unstable child. We ordered two pizzas and the cashier simply misunderstood and put in one pizza. We wanted to order the second and for some reason this “manager” came out to us rather than the cashier. We never asked to speak to a manager as that was unnecessary. This man told us we were wrong, we never ordered the second pizza, he was impatient, rude, condescending, and clearly woke up on the wrong side of the bed. He said they were very busy… lol we were literally the only two people in there for 20 minutes, and tried to make it seem like he didn’t have time for this. We didn’t either. He then told us we were trespassing (even though we bought a pizza) and threatened to call the cops after I did tell him he was an idiot. Nothing that small and simple should have ever even needed the manager, nor should have escalated. The corporate office is now handling this very weird, unnecessary incident and what felt racially motivated as the second he looked at us he was agitated. When things that don’t make sense, it makes one wonder what is the driving force behind the attack, and in this instance we were two Black women and he thought it was okay to not only tell us we were wrong, threaten the law OVER PIZZA. They were apparently short staffed. They could have warned me before I sat down for the lunch buffet, I would have went elsewhere.

So I ended up only getting a total of 3 very small slices of Pizza from the buffet, then this buffet did indeed run out of food. Lot of people (besides me) were verbally complaining & asking about food times. I could have complained but the staff were running all around trying to meet the demand so not sure that complaining helps. I guess it could have been worse, I could have actually ordered something then been stuck waiting for it to come out like some other people.

No way was I waiting an unknown amount of time for them to bring more stuff out then competing with other customers for buffet Pizza slices. I paid up and left. I did not leave a tip because I wasn't even waited on for the drink.

I'm sure this place could be good if it was adequately staffed like other Pizza huts I've been to. However, it was my first time here.
