Naples Pizza — Restaurant in North Londonderry Township

Back in August 2019, I was going to give this place a second chance following into the new year of 2020 but after the old guy working inside with 2 or 3 other employees treated me extremely rude and immature over me choosing my own bottle drink that wasn't more than a month out of date, he yelled at me and started an unnecessary argument with me saying I cannot do that even though I am getting a bottle drink that isn't expired and the other employees just stood their to the side or just sat their and did absolutely nothing to stop his unnecessary argument with me over a bottle drink and only tried to give me good or great customer service whenever the old guy isn't present working inside on a particular day. Certain days my 2 slices of pizza was either well done but some melted cheese is stuck to the pizza box when I am placing my order to go or like this visit where my pizza was cooked very little and my 2 slices of pizza were cold and not well done. The old guy working at this place either needs to clean his act up and be more nicer to their customers or get fired after that awful and horrible experience I had here. I enjoyed coming to this place for 1-2 years but now after I got embarrassed by him and got blamed for being rude and careless even though it wasn't my fault that he started a argument with me and it's not my fault that they failed to attract customers to this place and don't understand why they cannot check the best by dates on their bottle drinks. Nice knowing you Naples Pizza because I am never coming back to this particular Naples restaurant in Palmyra. I hope they can think of a way to bring customers inside because no matter if they try or not, either way I am done with place. If anyone is interested in going to Naples Pizza, I don't recommend going to the Palmyra Pennsylvania location if the old guy is working there because he is rude to some customers, since the first time I saw him working there: he never weared gloves and a hair net while cooking food and I don't know the last time he washed his hands. I was looking in the area for a good Italian sub. However, I wanted a made-in-house sub roll. Most all of the other pizza places in Palmyra only have the fresh Philadelphia rolls and no longer make their own.

I was also so happy to even see that they were open on a Tuesday at 2:45 p.m. I stopped at two other pizza locations in town and they were closed (I don't know how they stay in business to be honest). Finally landing on Naples Pizza, I was delighted to learn that their 12 inch sub rolls are indeed made by them (smaller are the brought in daily Philly rolls). My Italian sub was awesome!

At any rate, for as long as I have lived here I cannot believe that I haven't become a regular customer at Naples Pizza. I'm glad that this was happy little accident to venture out beyond my norm. These guys are also super friendly too.

Very dissatisfied although very busy it took the staff and however else involved to get me and my friends food out and in turn my fries were nearly lukewarm reaching toward being cold and I was not satisfied with the chicken Caesar wrap please know I don’t blame anyone for this failure of satisfaction however I would really like another chance to enjoy the food even though my first impression of the food was not all impressive please all I ask is for Naples pizzeria to make this right please show me the true talent I know y’all possess and the quality you put in to making your food I give you this much of a chance til then for all of those intrigued in visiting I invite you all it is a family friendly atmosphere I just hope the wait time could be cut a little shorter and the food quality would be a lot better Naples you know what to do to make this right now please do it God Bless you...
