Verizon — Local services in North Londonderry Township

On Thursday June 16th, 2022 my Samsung Galaxy Note 8 decided to finally die. The screen was near impossible to interact with, it was green, white, orange and spazzing out. I went to Verizon in Palmyra located at 41 N Londonderry Square, Palmyra, PA 17078. Here I met employee Tim. Tim was very patient and went above and beyond. He answered questions I had and even did the impossible. With my screen being completely done, he told me he would try to recover whatever he could but it didn't look good. Somehow he ended up figuring out how to get my screen to work for enough time to transfer everything and pretty much clone my old phone. I cannot express how much it means to me to have all my photos / my memories back. And, all my contacts back! My phone is a vital part of my career and not losing touch for long was huge. I also have to mention the stores wifi was not working and Tim could have taken the easy way out and sent me out the door, but he did everything he possibly could including using his own hotspot to continue working on my phone. Unfortunately I am forced to give this place 1 star because theres no way for me to put 0 stars however if i could give this crooked store 0 stars i would in a heartbeat. This store ripped both me and a family member off of at least 500 dollars by making us two accounts instead of one like they were supposed to do. After a different store brought this to are attention we paid the palmyra store a visit and the man we spoke to was very nice and continued to be kind about the whole situation. Here we are 6 months later and we still havent received are money after hearing countless times from them we would receive a refund for the money weve been overcharged. Ive had nothing but rude smart alec responsees from every employee there with the exeption of the kind man i mentioned above who i believe is named kyle. I dont recomend anyone go to this corrupt store and i will continue to contact whoever is in charge of this mess of a buisness untill my situation is resolved. So originally when I came to the Palmyra store, I had an amazing sales representative willing to help me out, and how I wish he would have been available when I had to come back (I had an issue about not being an authorized user on a family plan). Anyways, I came back the following day and sadly I had a sales rep who seemed bothered by having to assist me. He simply placed an order for my phone and that was that. He never asked to verify the address I wanted my order shipped to (which I needed to be shipped to a different one than the billing), he simply said the orders been placed. And literally that was it. I wasn’t able to ask for an address change because he simply went about the order and I was unaware of the process. If I could have the original rep I worked with I would go back to this store anytime; if I would have to work with the rep I had? I wouldn’t ever bother going...
