KFC — Restaurant in North Londonderry Township

Put an online order in at 5:00pm for pick up at 6:15 on 11/11/2025. Upon my wifes arrival at 6:17pm she was told it will be a few minutes, after that period of time she went back in to get the food and was told it would be 10 more minute's. We didn't not have the time because my son needed picked up from practice. The extremely rude employee refused to refund the order although it wasnt even ready yet. After my wife called me I called the store for the refund and they literally were picking up the phone and hanging up on multiple occasions and the decides ro just let it go to voicemail. Incredibly unprofessional and whoever was managing this order should find another job where there is zero expectation of competence and extremely limited contact with customers. Customer service supposedly has to touch base with incompetent staff to clarify details- which from their actions to date make no sense to me- before being able to issue a refund. Third order in a row that has been incorrect for us! Phone number is out of order. If you order on the app they are always “out of” things & substitute without your permission or without telling you (usually with less expensive items and without refunding the difference), or items are just missing, period. Would not refund the money for the unwanted substituted items. Pretend not to understand what you’re saying. Beyond frustrating. Will not be going back and will be contacting corporate. Got a 16 piece meal for an event. I tried to order extra crispy chicken... somehow they were out of that. Inside the bucket was NOTHING but drumsticks (I didn't specifically order drums) and the chicken was undercooked, gummy, and the taste was so unsettling as if they haven't changed their fry oil in weeks. It was disgusting. The sides were not any better either. The potatoes were gritty and the gravy I ordered was not in the bag, the mac and cheese was cold and also gummy, the biscuits were stale, and the coleslaw had a very funky taste like if it was expired.
