This place should go out of business!! The guy on the front desk- owner he claims to be- is the rudest and disrespectful person!! He has no idea what customer service means!! No manner at all. He barely speaks English too! He must learn the language and go to some sort of training in the business to learn how to treat customers and be respectful!! IT is a total disgrace to have someone like him at such business that involves manners, professionalism, decency, customer service and reliability!!!! I booked and appointment with him for today, Monday, at noon. He called like an hour prior to the appointment to cancel. Against my will he rescheduled for 3:30 PM and when I got there, he plainly said he will have to reschedule again. When I argued with him, he asked me to call Groupon for a reimbursement, he also said he'll call himself, and asked me to step out of his business in order for me to place the call. He also said he did not want to give me any service in his spa! Claiming he is the owner, he missed his real purpose in life!! He clearly hates women. The way he treated me leaves many questions in my head in regards to the real reason for the business to exist!! I will make sure everyone all over the Internet and at Groupon knows better and never ever again try any coupon for that place! As I came to this site, I had the chance to read several other reviews. Read moreWalked in because my kids go to the Kung fu school next to it. Didn’t know about it and I really needed a massage so I figured instead of waiting for my kids to finish, I could get a massage. Needless to say, it was worth it.
I’m no massage expert but I felt they did a great job and I am definitely coming back. My only other experience I can compare with is my experience with massage envy 3 years ago, and I was not happy with their massage and their pricing scheme... this was a better value and a better service with upfront pricing.
I spoke to the the person who gave me the massage and she told me that they were new, and had just opened a month or two ago and had recently bought the business from the previous owner. However, as I write the review I noticed I noticed the older reviews... these guys are not the same management. So whatever negative or positive reviews they may have last year don’t really apply here.
I recommend that they change their name and add “massage” to the name of their business so it’s easier to find in google search... and erase the older reviews so it can’t be confused with the new business. Anyways, I recommend their services and hope...

First, i told him i have a groupon for a deep tissue massage and he asked me for the voucher number. I told him to give me a minute i have it in my phone, he told me call when you get it and he hang up. I call back many times and again nobody answer. I'd wrote a email complaining about the situation and after a few minutes the same guy called me and i booked the appointment. And after he called me again but this time he was very upset. He ask me why I wrote the email, and he told me I should wait for a return call, and he said that number is a cellphone number, they don't have a receptionist, and he is also the therapist. He told me to call groupon an get a refund. I told him to appreciate my email if he care about clients. because i said i have a groupon, and complaint he is upset.
