Keystone Shopping Center — Local services in North Miami

This Publix by far, it's the greatest thing that has happened in North Miami. Management is top-of-the-line. Customer service is great. Employees have been trained well. The store is beautiful. Products are always fresh. Meat department is Class A. Deli is okay, needs a little bit of improvement . but not much. Employees are always willing to help you, in any way they can. Pharmacy is amazing. Nicole and Adam, employees at the pharmacy are above and beyond employees. Wendy and Nessa, at customer service are great people to meet. They always greet you with a smile. As a member, and resident of the city of North Miami. I am proud to say that I shop at this, Publix supermarket. They are welcomed as a part of this community. Meat department is also top rated, for me. Always willing to cater to your, desires. The seafood department has two wonderful Sushi chefs. One thing lacking there is a employee, by the name of Matt, who seems to have a lack of customer service. He can be scary at times. Once again when I make a review of a place that I have, visited. I write the pros and the cons. I do not beat around the bush. I tell it how I see it. No harm intended to anyone. But it is what it is. Would never like to see anyone lose their job. But from seafood department, should be transferred to another store. Where his lack of kindness. Can be appreciate . Once again speaking about the employee from Seafood, by the name of Matt. Thank you Publix Supermarket, for joining our family here in North Miami. Hope this store doesn't change and go down into the dumps, like the one on Northeast 6th Ave and 128th Street. Horrible place to visit. I could never even give that store on Northeast 6th Ave and 128th Street, 1 star. If you must go there, go with caution. Never leave your purse, in shopping cart ladies. I guess if you know the place, you can see all the police activity that stays there, at all times. That speaks for itself, as far as that store. There is only one good manager at that store, his name is Pedro. There was a manager there at one time, by the name of Chris Knotts. He was a Class A manager. He transferred to a store, in Pembroke Pines. That's when that store went down into the dumps. What a shame to lose such a great supervising Management, in this neighborhood, at that location store. I have used Publix at keystone shopping Center I also use Go Pet veterinary hospital and McDonald's all which I use as my neighborhood shopping stores Publix as everyone knows is for all your supermarket needs i love their bakery their fresh breads are killer and so is their fresh produce I'm always there first thing in the morning to get some of that bread you won't be disappointed as far as go pet veterinary hospital they're very convenient the staff is very friendly I definitely recommend them and what can I say about McDonald's well everybody knows McDonald's they're right there too well I hope you guys enjoy...

This is not just about Keystone Shopping Center. It’s more a reflection of what we value and cherish. We had an average coffee with a good slice of lemon cake, while sitting outside one of the cafes at the shopping center. Not much to see. A parking lot. A busy street.
