DON'T TRY TO USE DIGITAL COUPONS HERE! I signed up for weekly text coupons months ago. Made it a point to use one and try the new nuggets for $4. Made a special trip there to the drive through. I was told they never heard of such coupons and didn't have a scanner. I was in total disbelief. Decided to order the nuggets anyway, bc I was starving and never tried them. I paid more than twice the value of the coupon for what I would be ashamed to call food that costs money. 50% of the order was more like fried breading. Most of what was left of the so-called nuggets were smaller than a quarter and been sitting on the rack for well over an hour. I've worked fast food in an excellent chicken and biscuit spot, and I know what's up...No not Bo's. This is the kind of food you look at and then tell the customer, "Hey sir, Sorry it's going to be a few minutes, but it will be worth the wait. Ok? What I was served, that I paid full price for, was the lamest most sorry az experience I've ever had at a KFC, even after expressing i'd never tried them before and that's why I had the coupon. What a way to impress someone with a new menu item. 🙄. The sad part is, I was so hungry, I pulled over to circle k and proceeded to attempt to pick through and gnaw on what was supposed to be breaded meat. I was in disbelief and my neighbors prolly got tired of me talking about how crappy it all was. A complete disappointment and rip off. All three pics are the same pieces. Those were some of the nicest. A few others were the size of a nickel. I was seriously trippin on this. Congrats KFC, and Google for nagging me about this review, because this is the first bad review I've ever made. Obviously I wanted to, as I always do when I'm blessed with horrible doo, because I took pics and still had the pics in my phone. But now while I'm at it, the time before last I was there, I ordered for myself and a friend at the drive through and I had ordered a three piece dark for myself and man I was looking forward to that three piece and normally woulda made a small snack out of it later. I shoulda known better. Check your food before you pull away! Of course I was shorted a thigh. To me, that's like going "all in" when I pay extra for a three piece than the standard two. I get home and have a huge wtf moment. Shorted me the extra thigh I went all in on. I called, they were sorta nice, and said come on back up and get one free. She kinda seemed like I was playing games and had to go into detail about being there. Also a joke. If someone says you shorted them a drumstick or whatever, just givem one. Dang! Who cares if they actually came in. It only cost you a couple pennies, and eliminates frustration & pissed off non returning customers. Come on back? Ok yeah right, thanks though. Good looking out. Whoever the owner is, needs to make everyone watch " The Fish Philosophy" if you want a successful business. It's a training video you likely have to buy, but it will transform any business. The short thigh exp was back in the fall. The service has always been mostly pleasant I guess, the few times I've been & once inside. The last time at the drive through was cordial, but whoever is serving food directly to the customer, needs to check it, because it makes all y'all look bad, especially the one handing over the order, on something as simple as some dried up fried skin & fried breading. That I know dang well everyone knows how long it's been sitting there, & what that mess looks like. There is no way in this world that any employee in that store would even think of eating the excuse for nuggets I was given. At least make sure it's hot-n-fresh crap, if crap is what is served. It was dead there. No one coming or going the entire time. Maybe they just want it to stay that way. Maybe y'all have Fried Chick Rines now and I got the wrong order. Will I be back? Only with a paper coupon, but ain't making no special trips or promises & for sure will not be back other than lunch or dinner. Not getting more old...

What really got me was while I was waiting on my food the cashier had stepped into the kitchen to help because there was nobody else in line and when a lady walks up to the front the manager starts yelling the cashiers name and tells her to make sure she apologizes to the customer because she had to wait but the manager is standing right there putting biscuits in a box and looking straight at us so why cant she apologize to the customer or let her no that someone will be right with her and then call the cashier same thing when the manager handed me my food she said think you turned away and went back to work I took my food to the truck and came back in because I forgot to get plates and forks this time the cashier had 3 people in line so I went to the part I got my food and the manager just looked at me then brought food to the customer that was waiting and before I could open my mouth she turned and went back to the food area even after making eye contact with me so I had to wait for the cashier to finish with her customers to ask for plates and forks I no its busy at the places close to the beach so I didnt expect fast service but I did expect better customer service especially from the manager when you are a manager the people that work under you learn from you so if they see you acting like that they think it's ok for them to act like that I worked in fast food for 4 years and I never only had 1 job it dont matter if I was working drive thru, wrapping bis, or working in the kitchen customer services was always 1st it would have only took that manager a min to let that lady no the cashier would be right there it would have only took her a min to ask me if I needed something but instead she ignored us I see this place has alot of bad reviews and from my experience on this visit your manager needs to be retrained on customer service so she can train her employees the right way she is the leader I have been a manager for 12 years and without your customers you want have a pay check because you want...
Read moreSaturday around 8pm there were 2 customers ahead of us. We were using a coupon to get a free ck sandwich as part of our order. While waiting employees pulled 2 pans of ck pieces out and it was obviously very burned and dark and shoved them back inside the oven or cooker. I also realized how nasty it was in the kitchen... trash and bits of food on the floor, employees clothes and shoes were grimey, including an older man who was in charge. One was sprawled out a table apparantly sleeping. I ordered because I was not brazen enough to walk out in front of employees and customers in line. I also thought maybe it would be okay since i wasn't ordering ck or sides prepared there. I was confused as to the age of the place due to the new decor mixed with the shambled food prep space. The parking lot had potholes and broken up curbing. Ironically I was using a coupon I received from a KFC in Lumberton, NC where I had eaten 3x the previous 4 days! We waited over 10 min to order and waited 15 min for 2 ck sandwiches, one pot pie and 1 bowl. 5 min drive home and highly aggravated that both sandwiches were burned to a crisp! Completely dried up and hard. I wouldn't even let my dog have them. The pot pie and the bowl were good. We will NEVER return there and will advise everyone I know to stay away. Not against KFC.... JUST THIS PARTICULAR ONE. I hope you can send someone to investigate its condition before someone gets sick from the filth! I gave one star because I couldn't comment with noone. Also forgot to mention a dirty plastic trashcan was in the middle of the dining room with a leaking ceiling..... really confusing because it had not rained in...
