Crabby Jack's General Store — Local services in North Myrtle Beach

It’s nice and spacious. But the manager is less than friendly. Young, blonde woman. I found a shirt on the sale rack. Only one, couldn’t find it anywhere else. It did not have a sale mark so I waited for about five minutes to ask if it was sale. Had to actually interrupt her conversation with another employee. She checked and it wasn’t. The employees said to honor it as they thought it was the only one. She made a face that clearly said no. My husband handed it back and said we didn’t want to just put it back as we didn’t know where it belonged since it wasn’t sale. She, the manager, again made a face of disapproval. I may have bought at full price but I rather not spend my money somewhere the staff is so unfriendly. Coming from someone who’s been a manager in retail, this was not it. I liked this store, some nice, if not overpriced, gifts to take home. The sales woman was a bit of an odd placement, I suggest finding a sales person who is not adverse to tourists.
