Wow very sad, I used to work there when it first opened and wow what a change. The friendliness is non existant. I was in the store for over 20 min and two associates walked right b y me and not even a hello or anything just walked passed me. The picture dept shrunk, mirrors shrunk, lamps department dissappeared. We took so much pride in that store and its people and its customers. Definalty went down hill. But the prices have skyrocketed! I decided to stop in the store for memories cause we had such a great time working there. I stopped in only because the online site is pathetic and everytime i want to order something i have to go to the store to pick it up so its uselss especially in Florida where my city doesnt have one. I stopped even looking online. But I was shocked at the state the store looked and surprised, I guess i wont be stopping in anytime soon :( Where is the district manager for she was always up are you know what, Im guessing she is gone too! Went looking for a particular scent jar candle. Did not see it anywhere, so I settled on something that was not my first choice but would have worked. I ask an associate if I was seeing all of the jar candles, she said yes. I then mentioned I had previously bought a scent I really liked several months back and was hoping you still had some. As I continued to look and smell. Another associate came out from the back with a box FULL of the scent I was hoping to find. So excited I bought the whole box....

Recently moved here so have only been here twice. It is the typical Kirklands with some cute items. However it is NOT a friendly shopping experience. First time I could not get a question answered. The second time the person who checked me out was way too busy talking to another employee to even hand me my receipt. I finally just tore it off & walked out. I will go to Hobby Lobby...
