Each year when we vacation in Myrtle I always looked forward to shopping at this store. For several years the customer service was outstanding. Not only were we greeted upon entry, but the associates were always helpful and friendly. So much so, that we always ended up buying more items than intended. We visited the store yesterday (9/22) and were disappointed with our experience. No greeting. No offer to start a fitting room despite having four clothing items in hand. Instead I had to ask the associate on the sales floor to start a room for myself and mother. The sales associates were completely indifferent to us both. Once in the changing room with eight items to try, no one checked in on us, no offer to find additional sizes, etc. One reason we always made time to come to this store was because of the exceptional service, coupled with the cute clothing. We will likely take our vacation dollars elsewhere...

The customer service was horrible....it wasn't just bad, they were rude on top of it. I was trying on items as was my friend. While waiting for her to come out to provide some input on what I was trying on, the sales lady came in and put some other customers in a room. There was no "that looks great, do you need another size, I've got something that would great with those pants" etc. They acted like it was a bother to do their job and hated the inconvenience of having customers.

   Read moreI called today because I found a jacket in Columbia SC that only the north Myrtle beach location had. I encountered a lot of resistance trying to get them to look for it bc I didnât have a sky number even though I know i described the right jacket. They just told me to look it up online. The manager had a jacket in her hand and when I asked if I could get the number so I could look it up online she told me that she would get someone else to tell me because she was off the clock.
What associate, let alone a manager, tells a customer they canât help them bc they are off the clock? Poor customer, store policy, or manners. So whatever manager was working on 12/6 at 5:55 pm, thatâs the manager...
