Don’t purchase your jewelry here specially if your gonna spend money on real gold they always break it takes them forever to have any replacement on stock. And even with the warranty they will get you with that 1 time use but it’s only for a year when you try to exchange anything. Guy that was helping me was very rude I lost my receipt during a flood and was told by customer service they can look it up but when I went there the guy was angry at the girls and very rudely blew me off. Go to JCPenney or other places where the warranty is cheaper and are either 3 years or life time!!! ONLY REASON I PUT A 1 star is it won’t let me post my review without putting a star...

Honestly the customer service was disgusting. They wouldnt let me return my 300 dollar purchase and then offered me a gift card then went back on their word and only said i could exchange only. After telling them i was going to leave them a horrible review the so called assistant manager took my receipt and took a picture of it with her personal cell phone. When asked why she did that she claimed i threatened her. Loool. Dont waste your time...

I am so glad I chose Banter over any other place that pierces. They measured, helped my daughter pick out a really nice pair of earrings, offered 1/2 off a 2nd pair (which we purchased), took their time with us and made us feel very comfortable. My 13-yr-old smiled the whole time and said she didn't feel a thing. The piercing was perfectly placed and looks amazing. Will never go anywhere else! Superb...
