Spencer's — Local services in North Olmsted

I know that I am not in the Spencer's brand store often but at this location I was able to find the Nintendo brand's Mario hat for a Halloween event at my fiancé's family's campground and it was perfect. The store was nice, but the staff were not. My friends and I were walking around and the staff was like watching us and kind of following us around. We wanted to go in the back and they wouldn't let us even though I was 17. Alison needs to work on her customer service, I had questions about why i got told 2 different things from in store to over the phone and she was so rude. I asked for her name and she said i don't need to worry about that like yea i do if you are providing bad customer service the company needs to know and be able talk directly to the person ruining it not the whole team.
