Not happy at all with the north olmsted location. I made one of those online pick up orders where I order online , drive up to the marked locations and someone brings out the bags and puts them in trunk. I only ordered 3 items. A wireless charging car mount , cascade dishwasher soap and Dawn dish soap. It took me 30 min to drive to that location ( only reason I made this order at this target is because it was the closest one that had my wireless charging car mount in stock ). I usually go to Avon location. There was a lot of construction going on in that area so my drive home was longer then 30 min. I get all the way home and discover the Dawn dish soap wasn’t in bag. I called the Target at North Olmsted and she just said sorry but I could come back in . I told her I can’t bc the drive is to long for the 1.00 dish soap and I usually go to Avon so I asked if I could get refunded but in order to get refunded I have to drive all the way back to that location to show my receipt in the target app. I don’t have time for that ! I asked her if maybe I could go to Avon for refund or get another bottle and she said they should be able to fix it ( but she wasn’t sure “. Highly disappointed that the bags aren’t checked better BEFORE placing the items in the trunk. The CS lady said it prob fell out of bag. Not saying it couldn’t but there needs to be a better system put into place that makes sure ALL items are in bags that are placed in trunk BEFORE putting them in your trunk ! Now I just lost a dollar bc the hassle of having to drive to Avon Target ( and taking risk of them possibly not being able to fix the issue ) or driving back to North Olmsted location with all that construction and hassle just isn’t worth it. Disappointed that they can’t just refund my 1.00!
I was here again 09/25/21 and I went in self check out line. I was there before these two guys and two ladies but I had to keep scooting over for people to walk through bc it was so crowded. Wjen two scanners opens at same time I start walking and I hear employee say “ excuse me miss they were here first “ and they weren’t. I was in line first so I ignored the employee. If you are going to start yelling at customers about who was in line first you should first pay attention . This is the worse target I ever been to. Go to Avon location or even west 117th in Cleveland for much better experience ! Won’t be going to this...
Read moreI love running to target with my family to grab a few things here and there, but have been very disappointed with my last few visits to this target. There have been issues with my cartwheel offers being subtracted from my purchase, and when I bring this up the cashiers never seem to care or be concerned. I have been a cashier and know that it isn’t the easiest job, so I try to be a good customer. But it is getting ridiculous! My last visit I was buying diapers for my little one, and added manufacture coupons to my cartwheel and there just so happened to be a sign posted with the diaper buy 2 get a $10 gift card. The gift card offer wasn’t promoted when I began to check out, and once my cartwheel was scanned my coupons did not come off. I brought this to the attention of the cashier, so didn’t seem to care and did nothing in an effort to help. I even had a picture of the sign on my phone. Not wanting to be a bad customer, I simply finished my purchase without getting the savings (my little one was also having a tantrum.)
I am just very disappointed and may not be stopping at target any more, as this was my weekly ritual.
This target also seems to have issues when I bring in online printed coupons. They always have to get approval from the manager, like seriously I’m not trying to scam anyone. Just a mom trying to save a couple bucks, so then i can spend more...
Read moreThese people should be absolutely ashamed of themselves on how they conduct business. Going here for 6+ yrs and being charged half price for my drink was absolutely lovely. Why they did this for so long I have no idea but recently they gave me issues about pricinf and when I asked. They played the victim card. This is absolutely wild and I was treated with such disrespect after continuously supporting these ppl here day in and day out 24/7 as much as I could. I have given gift cards and tips over the years to multiple employees. There are a few really really good ones here and a lot of us were on first name basis. Talked about life and family stuff. They have changed a ton and the way they talk about customers when tbey leave is just baffling. Beyond me. This is just insanity. I have heard some really nasty things.
Not to mention, the dating game some of them play as well. When I am getting my coffee i do not want to hear about your physical issues and fights outside of work with your sig other. Pretty trashy if you ask me.
This location is always OUT OF SOMETHING DUE TO TEAM LEADERSHIP, MACHINES DOWN MORE SO THAN THEY SHOULD BE. GNATS FLYING AROUND EVERYWHERE. COFFEE SMELLING LIKE MILDEW BC THEY ARE TOO LAZY TO CLEAN. (NOT ALL BUT MOST)
