Macy's — Local services in North Township

Honestly for me, it's perfect. It carries my favorite brands (I.N.C., DKNY, Anne Taylor & a few more). It offers current trends in its selections and the dressing rooms are large and plenty, and well lit. Greeted by the delicious smells of perfume, but not overwhelming, followed by makeup and hair care (the latter new to me at Macy's). Great selection of shoes and jewelry plus accessories. Men's and kids sections a little smaller, walked thru but didn't really look in detail. The larger Macy's are great but often overwhelming for those of us who like to look through everything and see all options before making a decision (like me lol). My new favorite store hands down & can't wait to go back without my kiddo in tow. Btw, Shonda checked me out & was amazing. Visited for the first time on 01/30/25 around the 12:00pm hour. I had a somewhat challenging situation at first with ordering from the website via in the store. The problem was quickly fixed because no one wants to lose a customer or possible repeated business based on a misunderstanding or lack of training. So the problem was resolved due to my request to speak with management right away. So the manager appeared and help assist the cashier on how to do an order from the website in the store. Hello I purchased some cologne in the store I ask the girl for some samples she takes a while to bring it and brings out. Literally ( 1) sample of cologne small oak now we shopped Macys stores for years a sales person never brings out one sample. It’s suppose to be a few to see other cologne s that may like.
